Last week, my husband, sister, brother in law and 6 month old nephew stayed at Natalie's place for 6 nights. Her property management team took excellent care of us. They arranged a seamless pick up from the airport, back to our private villa over-looking the entire city. They helped us with checkin, stopped so we could get some groceries and made it clear that we could text them whenever we needed anything. I was concerned about the public pool being busy, and Natalie said it wouldn't be, and she was right. We felt like we had a huge private pool and hot tub to ourselves for the majority of our stay. The place was clean, had all the amenities you'd need. Since we had a baby with us (and stroller) we did Uber most places because the hill up to the villa is steep. I went out for walks on my own and I'd say a more accurate walking time from villa to the marina area would be about 20 minutes. Ubers are readily available and affordable. All in all will Definitely be booking again.

The place was amazing! It is very private and quiet, walking distance to La Marina is about 15 minutes but I do recommend uber because it is a steep walk. But the view is so worth it. The place was beyond what my family and I expected would definitely return!

Beautiful beautiful place! it is up there on the hill so the hike to town is a workout however for me the workout was very peaceful and then getting in town and checking out the culture just made it all worthwhile on top of it all the view from the patio is just breathtaking! There were some minor hiccup at check in but after that everything went smoothly it was consistent checking in to make sure all was well after the hiccup which was appreciated.

This is my 3rd time at Natalie’s condo and its perfect. You are up the hill from downtown in a quiet condo community with amazing view and a beautiful swimming pool. Will continue to stay here in the future. I highly recommend.

Natalie's condo was the ideal choice for our couple's getaway vacation in Cabo San Lucas. From spectacular views to the easily accessible pool and hot tub, it provided a clean and safe environment for us to relax and explore the area. Her property management support team was very helpful (we especially appreciated her local woman driver, Isabel, who was extremely prompt, flexible, and cost efficient in lieu of Uber). There is a fair amount of on-going construction in the area which was mildly disruptive but nothing untoward. Also, the dishwasher was out for service but we were fine doing them by hand. All in all, a very memorable stay in Pedregal. Oh, and you must conquer "the hill"...it's a walk you won't forget!

Loved, loved, loved!!! We enjoyed our stay here, we will definitely love to rent again. Great communication, great neighbors, and a great atmosphere. :)

If I could rate this 10 stars I would! This was the best Airbnb experience! From the beginning, Natalie’s communication was amazing! Her concierge staff made everything so easy! From setting up airport pickups, to helping us make dinner reservations and excursion reservations! They had a personal text group for me that I texted for anything and they responded right away! I felt completely safe, as they had every Uber driver checked before allowing them to come to the property to pick us up. Now the house! AMAZING!!! The pictures does not do it justice! The pool and jacuzzi were top tier! I have no complaints! I will literally try to book Natalie’s place EVERY time I come to Cabos!!

Beautiful views

This was the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. The pictures were already nice but it was even better when we arrived, if you can imagine. The layout of the condo was great, big open kitchen and living room, and large bedrooms and bathrooms. The showers were big too. And the view… literally the best view ever. And you can just walk straight out the pool from the room. Will definitely stay here every time I visit Cabo.

If you’re thinking about booking, JUST DO IT! Natalie’s property was absolutely breathtaking. Extremely pleased with the service of herself and her staff. I had ZERO issues. Thank you Natalie.
