My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this location. The room was exactly as described in the listing. My kids loved swimming in the pool, and we also enjoyed the nearby restaurants. We felt safe throughout our stay, and the resort staff was very accommodating and friendly. We will definitely be returning. The only issue we encountered was with communication—be sure to double-check that your email address is listed correctly in your Airbnb profile. I thought mine was, but since it wasn’t, I did not receive the check-in information prior to our arrival. We also missed the opportunity to save money on the all-inclusive option by purchasing it before check-in.

The condo is very nice, large, clean and comfortable. The resort amenities are great. The pool and beach are convenient and perfect for traveling with family. The host and concierge are very courteous and responsive.

This place was beautiful. Very spacious for our family. We were able to cook, grill, and we felt at home. We will definitely come back.

This was a wonderful place to stay and was a great location within the complex. It overlooked the main pool and the pool was easily accessed. The view of the Cabo beach was nice. It doesn't directly face the famous Cabo rock structures, but the benefit was that the patio didn't receive the afternoon sunshine. The service staff was exceptional and went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful stay and a smooth check-in. We had easy access to the surrounding neighborhood via taxi and we used that to take advantage of enjoying a few of the local restaurants. We had 5 adults and we had plenty of room and the configuration was ideal in providing personal space and common areas. We did prepare some meals in the unit and we had all the kitchen tools that we needed. This is a really nice complex with great service. We liked this unit particularly,, but we would stay in any unit in this complex again.

Great Villa and great resort!

James place was great. As advertised. Clean and the location within the property was excellent! This is a quieter and upscale place away from the party crowds which is next door if that’s what you want. I appreciate the security beachfront to ensure that only validated guests can access the grounds which gave us peace of mind with kids.

So much fun to all get to be together in this 3 bedroom condo. Everything was perfect!

Amazing place. It might be more then most places but the beds were so nice and even the sheets. 1st time on vacation I didn’t wake up to back pain! Worth every penny.

Great place, exactly as described if not better, large comfy space for our group (two couples and a toddler) and the resort has great amenities and really friendly staff. Would stay again.

Our group of three couples stayed here for about four days. The views from the private and very spacious outdoor terrace were absolutely stunning, with plenty of outdoor furniture for all six of us to enjoy the terrace at the same time. Each couple had plenty of private space too. All three bedrooms were very large, each with their own spacious bathrooms and private access to the deck, overlooking the pools and ocean. The resort pools were fantastic, and we loved that we were steps away from the beach. Joel, our Personal Concierge, was very helpful in bringing us some essentials for our kitchen after check-in, and he helped us book a whale-watching tour where we captured some amazing footage of whales up close to our boat. Everything was absolutely perfect. Villa La Estancia is a very special resort. Very nice people. Nearby market for essentials. Good restaurants. And you can walk to downtown. Highly recommend!

Great location. Very nice and big unit. it is in the back of the U so the views are best from the deck. I will happily return!

The villa was always really clean and the staff was really nice. Jane was always so attentive to our needs and greeted us with respect. We felt just like home during our stay at the villa. Loved the amenities from the resort.
