The house was as described. The best part was the concierge service by Grace. Unbelievably helpful before and during our trip. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay. Amazing location and very modern and stylish place.

The house is well located just 1 block from the "downtown" strip of the beach village. It is divided up into three non-connected areas - the kitchen/living room and each of the two bedrooms has its own entrance around a courtyard that contains the small pool. From the listing, we did not see that the rooms were not connected, which could be a plus, or for us a minus, as we were traveling with a baby and we didn't know that to enter her bedroom we had to exit ours into the courtyard and enter hers separately through its sliding doors. For 2 couples traveling together or for a family with older children it would certainly be a plus. Luckily we brought a baby monitor with so it was not a big deal but something you should know if you are traveling with a small child. They have a security guard at night from 5-10 pm which they said allows guests to go out without worry of burglary as apparently it normally happens when people go out to eat. That was nice. The reason I gave it 4 stars, not 5 is for two reasons: the sheets while obviously freshly laundered had some stains on them which for $495 per night we would not expect. Also I killed many hundreds of ants in the kitchen/living room area over the course of our week there. They gave us a can of bug spray and an extra one when that one ran out but told us it was normal at this time of year to have ants indoors. I don't doubt that but I do think for the price they ask, they would fumigate it more frequently to minimize the problem. I am sure for those people who live there, they get used to the ants and its normal, but visitors might not be as accustomed to it and for $495 a night, might expect fewer ants in the living area. Overall, we had a nice time at the property and the location, safety, and simple but stylish living areas were perfect for our needs. Just for the price asked we did expect more in those 2 areas mentioned above.
