We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was—just like the pictures. The pool and beach area were absolutely amazing, providing the perfect backdrop for relaxation and fun. The home itself was tastefully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Every morning, we woke up to breathtaking views from the main bedroom, which made our stay even more special. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool, and we spent countless hours there making unforgettable memories. The host was incredibly responsive and kind, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

The place was super clean, the beds are very comfortable, the spaces are very pleasant, the pool is great, the view too, the whole area is very safe and quiet. There are some potholes on the road, so you just have to go a little slowly, but any vehicle can pass without a problem, even a low sedan would have no problems. There is a very nice cenote less than 2 km away where you can go diving. At night you can see many raccoons in the area, and during the day coatis, iguanas, crabs, agoutis… and many, many animals. It's very nice and peaceful. The beach area is also very nice. There's a pier 1 minute away along the beach. The hosts are always very attentive to anything you might need. Our stay there was to visit cenotes, ruins and Xel-Ha, which is very close. Zemway is also very close by

The property’s location is great, very quiet and private. Can’t beat having the beach a couple steps away from your back door. There are nearby restaurants and store plus a beautiful cenote where you can spend time at.

I was thoroughly impressed with the interior design and decoration of the apartment. The place matched the pictures perfectly, and the views were spectacular, especially during sunrise! One suggestion for improvement would be to update some of the pots and pans for a better cooking experience. Karina was very responsive, we had a great experience.

This stay was amazing. Great location , beautiful view , easy to park and access. I will definitely be returning . The condo is spacious and modern. Everything worked without an issue . 10/10 Thank you .

One of those rare occasions where the real view is even better than the photos. The lagoon is beautiful and truly makes up for the condition of the road leading to this stylish and spacious apartment. I would highly recommend renting an SUV or a vehicle with good clearance for easier access.

Karina was a wonderful host. We've been to Tulum many times and wanted to stay on the beach, but away from all the craziness. This property was perfect for that, very relaxing, and peaceful. Staying here you are removed from the busyness of downtown Tulum and the main beach zone with quick access when you want it. The road to the apartment is a dirt road with bumps but most cars won't have any issues. The view of the beach is beautiful and the apartment is well appointed. There are lounge chairs by the pool which we used frequently. The wifi is fast and AC works great. Overall a wonderful stay and we look forward to visiting again.

The accommodation is very nice and comfortable, the host and the person who receives you are very kind.

This place was very nice besides a few mishaps that were handled very quickly the stay was amazing. Karina is a great host and Tulum was Beautiful. Appreciated how fast she responded to us and how much she assisted in creating a comfortable space.
