We stayed here for a week with our two kids and it was perfect. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, markets, etc. Not to mention the beach was just a few steps away. We loved watching the sunsets from the balcony and hearing the ocean waves. Everything worked appropriately and the kitchen was well stocked, they even delivered groceries to the unit for us so we didn’t have to stop at the market on our way from the airport. The only issue we encountered was with the pool. After a few days of being there it started to look murky. We had to take a break from the pool until it was properly treated and cleaned, but the host was super responsive and we didn’t mind since we still had the ocean available. In hindsight I probably could have mentioned it sooner. Overall we would absolutely stay here again.

The place worked great for our family. Had everything we needed. The beach was only a few steps from the place. We enjoyed the pool and local restaurants. Christian was responsive and provides great recommendations for places to eat and things to do.

We had a fantastic stay. Spacious condo with BEAUTIFUL views (sunsets are amazing). Pool was great, ocean is RIGHT there. Felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Comfy king beds, enormous showers, and kitchen has everything you need. Short walk to restaurants / grocery store. Would recommend to anyone.

This place was just as described and as the pictures show. It was perfect for our family of 3. Great location steps from the beach. Everything about the condo was perfect for us. Hope we will be able to return again someday.. Host was extremely responsive.

Highly recommend!! It is clean, spacious, comfortable, and beautiful. The view is spectacular and we kept the doors open with screens while in the condo. It is convenient to the pool and beach. Nice touches like showers coming off of the beach, laundry room, ample storage through, giant showers, wide screens for the patio, well stocked kitchen, and more. We met other travelers in the condo building which was lovely.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect, and the condo was absolutely lovely and super spacious. We loved the layout, kitchen, floor-to-ceiling windows, and the incredible view. Every evening, we enjoyed watching the sunset from the huge balcony, and each morning we started our day there with delicious coffee. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bathrooms were spacious, and the entire place was spotless. We enjoyed using the pool and loved having the beach access. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

First time in Potrero, staying in this beach front unit was amazing. My wife, 11yo son and I had an amazing time!

This was a beautiful condo and looked just like the pictures. Walkable to town and beach access right out front. The condo had lots of room and a beautiful patio to watch the sunset over the ocean. Would definitely stay here again. Host is very helpful and friendly.

We felt right at home, the place is beautiful and safe. Also close to restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. We will definitely be back!

Great condo close to town with fantastic pool and beach access

What a wonderful week we spent in Playa Potrero in this condo. Looks exactly like the pictures. The view is absolutely incredible. All the amenities you need including beach towels. The beds are comfortable, the pool is lovely, and the beach is incredible. Would absolutely stay here again!

The house is spacious and comfortable, well equipped. As a personal opinion, in the windows of the rooms I would add value to place a tergal or blind that allows the passage of light in the day and not only the black out curtains. The bathrooms are spacious, it would only be important to place some non-slip mats in the showers since with the soap and shampoo the floor tends to get quite slippery and there is a risk of a fall. The kitchen and living room have the right implements and the condominium in general is very quiet and with a beautiful view. The common areas are nice and the pool too, but without supervision, people outside the apartments can enter, who do not respect the condominium space. We really enjoyed our stay and the amenities. Christian's service is also always excellent, from booking to check-out.

We enjoyed a quiet stay. Although there were other guests, they all behaved with respect and kindness. I would have loved a roofed parking lot to avoid so much sun over my car. The access street releases a lot of dust for not being paved; when it is the location will be even better. The access to the beach is one of the attractions of this place, since a few steps we already enjoy hiking on the beach, and bathing in the sea.
