This is the first incident of its kind in our community's 10-year history, and we're taking it very seriously.<br/>In response, the HOA has already initiated security enhancements, including the installation of security cameras and strengthening entry point controls. Our 2-meter natural fence with thorns was designed to balance security with the natural landscape. We're also improving the security of the house to ensure our future guests feel safe.<br/>Regarding the grill cleaning policy, our approach has been to keep our base cleaning fee affordable while giving guests the option to avoid additional charges by cleaning the grill themselves - an option that many guests have appreciated. However, we'll take your feedback into consideration as we continue to review our policies.<br/>Again, we sincerely regret that this incident impacted your stay. The safety and comfort of our guests remain our top priority, and we're committed to preventing any such incidents in the future.
