Very friendly staff and overall very good service. Place was kept clean. This place is far away from downtown so you have to get a ride to go to restaurants. Overall we were satisfied with it.

The place is perfect for bachelor party. Its pretty much anything goes. The place is 25 min out from the city but the transportation service is convenient and only needed for drop off in most cases. You can easily catch a cab or taxi from the city back to the hotel. Service members were awesome and were there to help you out at any moment. If they refer you to a contact for bachelor activities named (Jeff highlife) find another contact. Other than that all staff and amenities related to the hotel was excellent.

The Royal Mansion was the perfect place for our group trip to Panama. From the extremely responsive staff catering to our every need to the great layout of the place. I would highly recommend this place for group trips.

The hosts were super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. They recommended and booked ideal activities for my large group of 22 people. They even remembered many of our names, which is pretty amazing for such a large group. They made the birthday celebration really special. Definitely recommend, if it’s within your budget.

If money is no object and you are looking for a place for a large stag party then look no further! Having a crew 24/7 to cater to your needs was immensely helpful. This is not a place for budget minded people. You will spend money as if you were out in the city. Bar service and prices were comparable to the city but the service was impeccable. Everything you do is about 30 min away so plan ahead. Uber is a little rough, inDriver is available but the personal car service provided by Alan was top notch. Jhon, Jose, and Alan you all made the trip! Also, everyone in Panama knows of this place, it is that legendary.

5 Star Experience and Professionalism. I will be coming back. They thought of everything, trust me.
