My husband and I spent a week at Luciano’s and settled right in. We walked to the Walmart close by and stocked up on groceries on our first day and spent the days deciding if we should go to the pool area or beach - super relaxing vacation. We opted for the beach most days as it was close by and quiet. There is an Oxxo right next door to the condo building if you’re wanting snacks or ice, with another store right up the street that sells booze. Great taco place close by too! We walked to the marina one day, which is quite built up since we were last in Cabo in 2013. There are lots of restaurants there and activities you can do (parasailing, snorkelling). There is no shortage of things to do if you’re wanting some adventure, but it’s also nice to just kick back and enjoy the sunshine!

Excellent location, set the nav to Riu Palace and then it's easy. The beach access through Riu is steps away,. The builiding is brand new, everything works great. Shower pressure is meh, but that's built up. You can walk the beach all the way to the marina, I did it a few times. Lovely time

Luciano and Luis were fantastic. We were late arriving there and Luciano was waiting for us in the lobby. The apartment was spotless (I'm picky!) and as described. Anytime we messaged them they responded within minutes. The hosts recommended places to go including beaches and other towns. The pool and gym were great. We could buy ice and water right next door. Super easy Uber ride into town and to Costco, Soriana, Walmart. We only had one minor hiccup - the Roku on the TV was Mexican and wouldn't switch over to US or Canada, and Luis spent a long time trying to help us with it (so we hit the sports bars to watch NFL - lots of fun!) Thank you for everything Luciano and Luis.

Great apartment with close easy access to the beach and everything you’d need. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. It’s only a short uber ride to the core of the city and there is a convenience store and pharmacy below plus a couple great restaurants within walking distance. My personal favourite about the place was the rooftop pool.

Thank you Luciano and Luis Bernardo for a lovely stay in Cabo. The location is peaceful and quiet and the pool upstairs is wonderful as is the gym on the ground floor. It is not walkable to central Cabo but Ubers are easy to get and keenly priced. Unfortunately there was a hurricane during our stay which is completely outside the control of our hosts but they were prompt to come to the flat to explain what needed done to use the metal protection for the windows, brought a torch in case electricity failed (thankfully it didn't) etc. Also, Luis Bernardo was great recommending local eateries and a tour to El Arco which was great given the high prices other service providers offered. Our favourite was Mariscos Torito, a bit out of the way but 100% worth it.

Luciano and his place were great, he helped us a lot and he was very helpful by accommodating us when our flight were canceled

Everything was great. Luciano's service, the apartment, the location. If I go back to Los Cabos, I won't hesitate to stay in the same place.

Very good choice and excellent host, very good communication and everything was clean and tidy. There are beach towels and chairs, as well as a cooler and beach bag, which is appreciated as it is something necessary for the area's beaches. There is a beach with public access within walking distance and there is an ocean view from the pool that is on the top floor of the apartments.

The apartment is very modern and beautiful. It is very well kept and above all very clean. The pool is very comfortable. Luciano was very attentive and kind, and the communication was good! Recommended

Luciano's apartment meets each and every one of the specifications, very comfortable and the area is very quiet, everything you need is nearby, Luciano is a very kind, friendly and attentive person, I would definitely stay in his apartment again, 100% recommended.

Wow!! What to say?! The apartment was located right next to the beach, with a great gym downstairs and a beautiful pool with a view upstairs! Restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacy all within a block as well! But better than that was our host! If you want to the privacy of an air BnB but need the assistance of a concierge stay with Luciano! Start to finish amazing host!!! Already planning a trip back!

There’s no words that that describe how amazing Luciano and his place was. This was our first time in Cabo and so lucky to have stayed here. Everything was just as described, we wanted something a little further away from the busy tourist area but close enough to get to it and his place was perfect for that. It’s a short 8 min drive to center of Cabo San Lucas. Through the resort riu you have access to the public beach which is a short 5 min walk from his apartment. A general store right next door and another around the corner. His place was so tidy, peaceful and the pool amazing! Luciano greeted us upon arrival and was so welcoming. Gave us some recommendations where to eat and activities to do. Any questions we had throughout our trip aside from our stay he was there and very responsive felt like we made a very great trusting friend. We highly recommend staying at his rental! You won’t regret! Thank you again Luciano for opening your home to us!

Luciano was an excellent host, he responded quickly, recommended options for places, transportation and visits to places of interest, his apartment is amazing, it has everything you need to feel at home, it surpasses the photos in the ad, you have an Oxxo a few steps away and the Marina is very close, so it has a privileged location, from the moment you arrive at the apartment you feel a relaxing atmosphere with the decoration, The cleanliness, the aroma, every detail of the place, plus having the beach so close and having everything you need to go is amazing, you don't have to worry about beach chairs, towels, a bag to keep things cold, umbrella, etc., you really enjoy every day of your stay, without a doubt the best Airbnb I have stayed in and without thinking I would come back again!!

Luciano was very responsive at any time we messaged him. His place was beautiful and exactly as described and pictured. He was kind and welcoming! The area doesn’t have a ton around it so uber is your friend. We had a great couple of days!
