Great stay. Perfect for big groups.

10/10 recommend! I will be dreaming about this wonderful villa that I got to spend my 30th birthday at. It is even better then the photos. It was such a wonderful experience. I will definitely be back!

This is was as perfect as accommodations could be for our group. We booked this for a 8 day stay for 21 family members to celebrate an anniversary. The rooms are stylishly and well appointed and the design of 6 casitas suited our group—enabling us to get together at the pool and common eating area while providing some individual space when desired. The beach and restaurants are walkable including some next door. We went to heurotos twice for pizza. A special and unexpected treat was the howler monkeys which could be seen in town and on a couple of occasions were in trees right adjacent to the property. The host and concierge were responsive and provided anything we needed. Would recommend to anyone with a group of 12+ people. Loved this place!

Loved loved loved this place. Excellent for large groups. Everything was clean and well equipped. Location was walkable to a couple restaurants and local grocery store. This place is a 10 out of 10!

It was a great spot to celebrate myself and my sister-in-law for 40ths birthdays! Very clean, easy to navigate instructions, and extra help from the host when we needed to seek medical care for an unforeseen event. Would stay here again!

Perfect place to celebrate my birthday with 10 girlfriends! Loved it! There are restaurants less than a block away and the beach was 12 minutes away. The host was very helpful and arranged multiple excursions for the group. I had a wonderful birthday and I’m so happy I chose to stay at this location.

Absolutely perfect in every way. Hosts were really responsive, friendly, and cared about making our stay comfortable. It is not easy catering to a group but they did wonderfully. Property itself is clean, new, beautiful. Pool was fabulous. Each casita had all the amenities needed to cook or make small meals. The large outdoor kitchen and dining area was wonderful when we wanted to cook and gather as a group. Very secure, comfortable and worth every penny. We will be back and we wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone looking for a group.

This place was perfect for our group offering private space as well as a great group gathering area. The well equipped outdoor kitchen allowed us to come together in the morning to plan our days and to prepare group meals. This space was also nice to hang out during the quick downpour of much needed rain. The coffee in each casita upon arrival was a nice welcoming touch. The pool, exercise studio and the game room were enjoyed by our group throughout the week. The flowers were just beginning to bloom around the grounds (we were here during the first rain in 4 months) I can imagine that all the flowering plans will be beautiful with more moisture! Javier was in and out to care for the pool and grounds during the very early morning. He did so without any disruptions, he was friendly and respectful, he even introduced us to his family! This is a great place to stay if you are looking for a place just a couple of minutes from the beach. The sunsets in this area are spectacular!

We had a really great time staying here with my husbands family. Each family had their own house(s) to retreat to which is great with young kids. Great facility overall. Fantastic for large groups.

Great spot in Playa Grande if you have a large party or multiple families. The gated complex felt secure and secluded and was a great sanctuary at the end of the day. If you wanted beach though, it was a short walk.

Such an amazing place for a large group. Everyone got their own casita and the communal spaces (pool, outdoor kitchen, game room and gym area) were just perfect for us. We had 7 adults and 6 kids, could not have had a more perfect place. The beach is walkable and the coffee spots were next door (we LOVED Beach Break Surf Cafe!). Great fruit across the street and the mini market was just a few steps away.

Lydia’s place was the perfect spot for our extended family vacation. The home is perfect for large groups and the location is amazing. We hope to come back again.

As a family of 13 we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had more than enough room for all of us. All the houses were clean and as pictured, every staff member was fantastic and easy to get along with. Lia and her husband were quick to respond no matter what. We had one minor issue, however Lia, her husband and others were extremely quick to respond and work out a solution. Everyone we encounter was extremely professional, cheerful and easy to get along with. Overall 5 star experience. We all had a shocking good time😄

We stayed at this wonderful compound of homes for my husbands birthday with many of our friends and had the most amazing time. The housing provided here was incredible, making it easy for us to have our own private space but offered common areas where we could cook and hang out with our friends. The pool and property grounds were pristine, and the location being walkable to Playa Grande was unbeatable. We would highly recommend this property to others looking to travel with a large group or with kids. The property managers were very kind and informative, which made our stay even better. The local food and restaurants were great, and the drivability to the larger city, Tamarindo, made for a convenient excursion when we wanted to be in a more populated area. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to anyone!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was spacious and perfect for our entire group . everyone had plenty of room to relax and enjoy themselves. The common areas were great for gathering, and everything was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place big enough for a group!

This place is exactly as described. We had the entire place for our group. The hosts provided clear instructions for check-in/check-out and were very prompt to all our inquiries. All casitas were clean and everything was in order at check-in. We used the outdoor pool and sitting area to relax and socialize without any interference from anyone. There was a gym, game room and laundry on-site. The place was very clean, about a 15 min walk to the beach. Overall, it's a nice place for a group to stay at. Hosts are great at accommodating guest requests; they even allowed us extended check-out time on our last day. We had a great time and recommend this place whole-heartedly.

My stay was just lovely. The accommodation is just as shown in the photos: nice, cozy, impeccably clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, close to everything but quiet enough to rest. What really made the difference was the host's attention. From the first contact, she was friendly, helpful and always willing to help. You can see the love and care he puts into every detail, which made me feel truly welcome. I would definitely come back. Highly recommended.

We LOVED our stay at Jardin Escondito. Javier and his family welcomed us very well on the site. The pictures don't do the place justice. It was even better than we expected. The gym and games room were must-sees for the kids. The toilet adjacent to the pool was much appreciated. The houses are well-equipped despite their small size. Several restaurants within walking distance. 10-minute walk to the beach, maybe think about renting a golf cart or car if you have young children. We were 6 families so great value for money. I highly recommend it!

Our host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed from the moment we arrived. It really felt like a home away from home. Perfect home for a large party. You have to drive in Costa Rica to get a lot of places but there was food and a beach close to the home. The community kitchen area was awesome for our party of 14 to cook and eat together. Having laundry available was awesome to allow us to pack lighter. The pool was perfect for hanging out. Highly recommend this home for your vacation!!

We had an amazing time at Andrew’s home. It was perfect for our needs and was an incredible space for our large group. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. Javier and Caro, the caretakers on property, were very kind and contributed so much to our trip. Perfect location, lovely restaurants nearby, and very close to beach. We absolutely loved our time here and hope to be back soon!
