I will start with the view, it was immaculate. You can see the entirety of the bay from the comfort of your room. It is very high up so I will recommend a vehicle that can go the distance but its so worth it. They have hammocks right by the pool and nothing beats rocking in a hammock with a beautiful vista. I went with my family and had a great time and now I'm trying to convince my friends so I can go again. There are a lot of bugs and even some Hallowen crabs but you're surrounded by nature so its expected. Arry the groundskeeper was so nice, welcoming and responsive to all our needs. She was a delight. She was so nice and welcoming at check in and check out. She elevated the experience at this beautiful place and made our stay feel so welcoming. Book this place before you lose your chance. It is worth every penny and you will leave wanting to come back. Also, the host John kept us informed of every detail of our stay and it was very appreciated. Everyone is very responsive.

The best view in San Juan Del Sur! This home overlooking the bay is truly as beautiful as the photos. Our group of four individuals stayed very comfortably with each person having their own bedroom and bathroom. Just a few minutes from town the location was perfect. Driveway is quite steep (four wheel drive needed). We thoroughly enjoyed afternoons at the pool, gorgeous sunsets in the evenings, and good sleep at night as the AC worked well. Although the house was wonderful, we were most impressed by the amazing hosts. This team of people greatly enhanced our experience as first timers in Nicaragua. They were kind, helpful, fun, and incredibly responsive. They answered our many questions, cooked us a nice breakfast each morning, and assisted with anything we needed. We felt safe and well taken care of at all times. Mi Casa Es Tu Casa is a lovely property. Highly recommend!

We had the most incredible stay at this Airbnb in Nicaragua. The views alone are breathtaking, and the pools overlooking the landscape made it feel like a true oasis. The entire property was immaculately clean and beautifully maintained, which made it feel both luxurious and comfortable. The staff truly made the experience exceptional. Arry and John were so warm and welcoming, and Arry gave us fantastic recommendations that made exploring the area even more special. Every morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast by the pool, which quickly became one of our favorite parts of the day. We also had massages by the pool, which felt like pure paradise. A special thank you to our driver Alfred, who was absolutely incredible. He was so kind and went out of his way to take us surfing and make sure we had everything we needed. His hospitality really elevated the entire trip. This place felt like a little slice of heaven and we would absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Nicaragua.

Insane spot. The views are worth the drama of how to get up the hill. I wouldn’t do it without renting a bike / car, but we did have a bike, and loved it.

Great place with a beautiful view. Useful if you have a car that is strong enough to drive to the house there is quite high. But this is also the charm of the house.
