Vista Verde is an awesome place! The outdoor areas, pool, and the views are hard to beat! Perfect location in Sunzal, close to the surf, and restaurants. Beautiful property all around. Highly recommend!

Carla’s home is in the perfect location! It was super easy to find since it’s the first home on the right as you enter the gated community. We enjoyed a pleasant 10–15 minute walk toward El Tunco, everyday. We loved how easy it was to walk to the restaurants and easy access to the beach. We rarely paid for an uber, unless it was past midnight. We enjoyed the pool and the beautiful garden. The rooftop views are phenomenal, absolutely perfect for watching both the sunrise and sunset. We slept incredibly comfortably, which made our stay even better. Our flight was delayed and she was quick to respond as we were trying to book for 2 extra nights. We would most definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place!

Carla’s place is top notch- extremely close to all the fun things in el Tunco. It’s the first house in the gated community which makes it extremely easy to grab Ubers and head to the beach. Has a really nice private pool, property is huge and impressively landscaped. Everything is clean and spacious and the third floor terrace is a luxurious addition. Would absolutely stay again

From the moment of booking, Carla was a pleasant and very helpful host providing clear instructions and recommendations for basically everything you can think of. The Airbnb is located in a gated community with lots of privacy and beautiful landscaping. We were able to walk to many places around the area with no issue, and Uber was always easy to find when needed. The house is very spacious and well-maintained-it really makes you feel like you are right at home! All bedrooms have AC, and the house also has an amazing terrace overlooking the sea. We will definitely be coming back to Vista Verde!

My group of 7 had a great stay here! It looked just like the pictures and blew us away. We had a small issue when entering but Karla’s communication was great! It’s close enough for an uber to el tunco for night life (like $3) but a bit of a walk. Only thing I would recommend is if you are renting a car park it at the end of the driveway as the walk up to the house is very steep. Overall great stay and would come again!

Carla’s place is fantastic! We came as a group of friends for the holiday week and found the house to be exactly what we needed. All rooms have en suite bathrooms so privacy is great. The outdoor grounds are magnificent and well kept. The pool was amazing, we spent our first day just chilling there. The house is in a gated community so it felt very safe. It’s the first house on the hill so it was easy to walk to town (about a 20 minute walk). The kitchen had what we needed. The outdoor patio balcony was very relaxing and we watched fireworks from the upper level balcony which has a fantastic view of the ocean. Just a note that the house did not have hot water, just water warmed from the sun, which was good enough because it is so hot and humid in El Tunco in December that it was certainly warm enough. Carla was super responsive even late at night, it was a pleasure to work with her. We would stay here again if we return to El Tunco.
