We had a wonderful time during our stay. Francisco was always attentive and willing to help. The house is very nice, super nicely decorated, and very comfortable. We felt right at home. We would definitely come back!

Very nice apartment! Spacious, and so many full bathrooms are a plus! Francisco always responded promptly and resolved the issues. The freezer over there wasn't really freezing, but it got better. The power went out twice, but Francisco fixed it. The complex has very good pools and spaces for children! I would definitely come back.

The entire stay was smooth, and Francisco was transparent and communicated all the details. When I needed his help, he responded promptly and addressed my questions and requests. The only confusing point concerns the condominium check-in, which has nothing to do with the property itself. The condominium charged a fee at check-in, which was refunded at check-out. This procedure is confusing, and the condominium staff held onto my passport for the entire duration of my stay. Holding onto a guest's passport is an irregular practice and has no legal basis; although hotels and Airbnb hosts are required to request this document for registration and identity verification, a passport is the property of the issuing government, and no private establishment has the legal right to keep it in its possession. That's the only point of concern that the owner could address with the condominium to avoid future issues. Outside that the stay was perfect!

The communication and service from Francisco were excellent, and in addition, he was always attentive to any needs we had.

Francisco was a great host, he was always attentive and accessible during our stay. The apartment is the same as the photos, very nice and the facilities of the Isla Residence are super comfortable and quiet. The amenities are very nice to enjoy with the family. Very friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely be back!

Excellent place. We were 8 adults and 2 babies and we were super comfortable, the apartment is as described, and the set of buildings is ideal with many amenities. Francisco was super flexible and attentive, and the cleaning was also super good. Hopefully it will become our base destination in Acapulco :)
