We had a great stay. The house was beautiful and very clean. Location was perfect, only a couple minute walk to colorados. Roger was responsive and helpful during our stay, and even helped coordinate a boat driver to take us to Lances and other nearby waves. Would definitely come back.

This home was perfect for our 2nd annual golf trip with 4 couples. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The breezes through the rooms were wonderful and we had 5 howler monkeys on property for our wake up call. Great kitchen with loads of room. Was great having our refreshing pool cleaned each morning. Loved every minute there.

The property is beautiful, close to the beach. However, the house was not clean. The kitchen had broken scratched pans that were impossible to use, there was a sticky stain in the cabinets, silverware looked dirty and we had to wash everything before using it. There was no hand soap in any bathroom, (even though is listed)we requested them and they gave us the next day. The towels were stained and didn't look recently washed. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, even though the host communicated in an unprofessional, rude and inappropriate way when I requested hand soap.

We are very grateful for the attention and flexibility that Roger offered during our stay. We had many problems the night before but we found a wonderful stay this weekend. We are extremely grateful

Our 3 days 2 nights stay was amazing, we had everything we needed at the house and Roger was always on top of everything we needed. If you need power supply in case of power outages don't hesitate to let Roger know. Definitely will be coming back ❤️

The place is super clean, the beds are spacious, each room has its own bathroom, there are showers near the pool and he was attentive to everything

Highly recommended. The house is super clean, a pleasant atmosphere and the pool is super nice and clean. The place is super exclusive and we had a great time. The host is easy-going and very friendly

We had a wonderful stay at this 4-bedroom beach house! The spacious bedrooms offered plenty of privacy, perfect for our group. The open-plan kitchen and living room were bright and inviting, making it easy to relax and connect. The highlight was the pool, cleaned daily and sparkling. Everything was well-maintained, and the beach was just a couple blocks away. Highly recommend this lovely home for a memorable coastal getaway!

A safe, quiet place close to the beach, the house in excellent condition and had everything you need to spend several days of family vacation, Roger was always attentive and answered instantly, I would stay again

A new house, fully equipped. I loved it!! The location is very close to the beach. Roger was an excellent host, responsive, and gave us support in everything we needed. He was attentive to us at all times!!! I definitely want to return soon :)

We were asked to pay for a cash deposit at check in told the guy I had booked through Airbnb, we also paid for a late check out fee which we didn’t use because we had issues with the water system and the water was black, therefore it was unsanitary to stay, requested to have the money back, still waiting for it. Do not recommend House looks recently built which is great. Beautiful open concept Downside is if you stayed at hacienda iguana before you know the commercial electricity isn’t that stable, we were without light for 3 hours during the night. My only recommendation would be for the property to have a generator in case the lights go out.

We love the house. The beds were extremely comfortable. Everybody involved was very responsive. The electricity charge for our golf cart was a little over the top.
