Great stay in a lovely town, perfect for families with littles!
We had a great time in this Airbnb. The location was great and the house had plenty of beds and bathrooms for our large family. The outdoor area was nice to sit and bbq and hang out. I would say their cooking pots/ pans need replacement. Another observation is it would be nice to have more comfortable seating inside the house since their furniture was a bit uncomfortable and a really small space in front of the TV. We spent most of our time outside so we managed. I liked the fact that it was close to restaurants and the beach! Thank you!
Our stay in Samara was perfect! The location is incredible - it is a completely flat, easy to walk to the beach, grocery stores, local bars, and restaurants. The house itself is exceptionally spacious and ideal for a multi-generational family vacation. We loved spending time in the pool and the large outdoor dining area. Tatiana shopped and cooked an excellent dinner for us one evening. The house was well-equipped for babies, featuring a pack n play, booster chair, baby gate, and a convenient washer and dryer. We highly recommend Aida's home!
Exactly what we needed for an extended family gathering. Plenty of space, loved the pool, the walkability was so necessary, and the parking / security was an added bonus.

Aida’s house in Samara was amazing. Great location in town close to the beach and restaurants. House was very modern and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, showers were good, and pool was perfect to jump in and cool off in the afternoon sun
The place was perfect for us to stay with our 4 children and their partners, without needing a car to visit Samara (where we had already been in the past). Aïda responded to our requests very quickly, and our stay was absolutely perfect!
I loved staying at this beautiful house! It is right in town, within a block of so many restaurants, shops, and the beach! The house being Equipped with air conditioning made it a great retreat from the heat when we needed it, along with the private pool in the backyard! Washer, dryer, and all the amenities we needed for our group of 8 were perfect! Anytime I had questions for the host, she responded within minutes. Very easy check in and check out. I would 10/10 stay here again if we make it back to Costa Rica!
Location truly is everything in Sámara, and as repeat visitors we knew exactly the area we wanted — this home could not have been better positioned. It’s a rare find to have a large property this close to the beach in the heart of town. The walk to the sand is under two minutes, and we were steps from Gusto’s, great restaurants, groceries, and even activities like zip lining. We did not rent a car for our month-long stay and never needed one. The home is ideal for a large or multigenerational group. Five spacious bedrooms with individual mini-splits kept everyone comfortable, and the two separate living areas gave the kids their own space. The long dining table, covered outdoor seating, grill, and pool made it easy to live there for an extended stay. Having a pool was a must for our group! The property felt very secure, had ample parking, and despite being downtown, it was quiet at night. The kitchen is compact by U.S. standards but functional . We would definitely stay here again.
Super accommodation, with everything you need. Perfect location to beach, restaurants and shopping. Our daughter was sick on the check-in day and we were allowed to move into a room at noon so that she could sleep. Thank you again for that.
Another great stay at Casa Chameleon. Huge thanks to Tatiana and Aida. The house is exactly where you want it to be in Samara and perfect for a large family and up to 5 couples. We’ll stay every year!
Terrific and comfortable lodging in the heart of Samara. This place exceeded my expectations. The private courtyard helped us unplug between beach outings. Good restaurants steps away. We also enjoyed watching beautiful birds gather around the pool and garden. Aida was good at communicating. We’d go back for sure.

We had a wonderful stay in Samara. The house is very centrally located to both restaurants and the beach. We were three families on a trip and it was a perfect place for a large group.
