The accommodation is excellent, it is a private and very nice place, my family and I had a super time, the pool is excellent, the villas the beds are very soft (I loved it). I think everything was excellent overall, my family loved it. I just don't know if because we arrived after the cyclone “Alberto” the villas smelled like humidity, but I think the smell was disappearing. And the internet didn't grab us, although we almost didn't need it because we were going from here to there. It was just that. So, I recommend the place 🤩

I'm glad you had a great stay. Regarding the humid smell, you were correct that due to torrencial rain occurring for days before you checked in , the room had not been aired enough. We will make sure that doesn't happen again for future guests. Also due to the hurricane, the internet provider had issues that are now fixed and it is back to high speed internet.

Great location,it has an oxx at 40 meters. Several bars within a 100 meter radius. A larger market at 200meters. Very good cleaning,provided all necessary support.

Our group had an absolutely comfortable and amazing stay. The property was beautiful, fit our needs, and we were even able to rent bicycles that were already there before our arrival, to get around a lot quicker! Highly recommend for families and for those doing retreats!

The beginning part of my family’s stay was okay but towards the middle we started finding issues. For example, the washing machine was not working and the water pressure was not good. Ali (maintenance guy) came out and found that the water pressure was indeed not working due to a switch I had to manually switch on and off after my group was finished taking showers (very inconvenient) Ali had to order a part for that water pressure which was not going to get fixed during my family’s stay. The washing machine was also affected by this water pressure and after it was fixed (after a couple of times of me having to send a message saying it still did not work) I then had to manually hit that switch on before washing and off after as well as after everyone was done showering. Another issue was that the rules were to not walk inside with shoes but there were nail heads sticking up from the floor therefore unsafe to walk. Water leaked through ceiling the last 2 days.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused. Our silent pump has been repaired to again give excellent water pressure to all the 4 villas at the same time. The washing machine is working fine now and is a popular extra amenity free for guests staying here.

Alicat Villas was an excellent choice for our group. Alistar was always communicating with us giving recommendations of places to go and what activities happening at Tulum... greate experience.

We loved Alicat Vilas! We had a combined bachelor/bachelorette party with the largest group I’ve ever traveled with and Ali made the trip feel even smoother with great communication, recommendations and an amazing place to stay! They put us in touch with a great shuttle service that picked us up and dropped us off from the airport, cenotes, ruins and the beach. Some people in our party wanted to watch the Super Bowl and Ali sent us places we could go to watch in the neighborhood. It was a really amazing weekend and we would stay here again!
