I really liked Ms. Moni's service. She was always very friendly and attentive to what we asked of her. The house met all my expectations. It was clean and comfortable. It was a very nice place for a large family, and we all stayed there. We are very happy with the place. We will definitely go back there when we visit Cancun.

We stayed here over Christmas with a family of 12 for nine days and had plenty of space to spread out. Although we were a bit unsure at first arriving in PDC and seeing the neighborhood, we quickly felt completely comfortable and secure in both the home and the neighborhood. We walked around day and night with no issues. Property is a short drive to major shops at the Centro Maya and about 15 minutes to the beach. The layout is great for large groups, with multiple kitchens, living areas, and private-room setups across all floors. Although there’s not much space for the whole group to be in one dining room there’s a lot of space overall. The rooftop terrace and game room were a big hit with our group. While we noticed low water pressure in some sinks and toilets (showers were surprisingly good), funny Mexico water smells, and the beds were on the firmer side, overall we truly enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Genaro and his wife were amazing hosts. They both were extremely helpful and checked in daily to ensure all of our needs were met. The property was absolutely beautiful and beyond spacious. 10 out of 10 would recommend staying again

Very nice house, very large, everything very clean and for large groups like ours it was very good, the hosts were always attentive at all times, we did not need anything, just as a comment, they should add the extra cost of the washer and dryer, and that there is a fifth apartment where people live with whom we share the whole house, but everything else is excellent, very comfortable! I would rent it again without thinking

The place looks just like the photos. Very friendly host. Resolved our inquiries ASAP. It was 28 of us Adults and Children and there was more than enough space for everyone. We felt like we were together but we also had our privacy with all the rooms available. For the price we paid. It was a great advantage to us traveling tgether.

Wonderful home for a large family since there are several apartments available on the same property. You're together but can retreat into your own apartment whenever you need a little break. Monica was also very attentive and super helpful. Thank you so much for everything. We will be coming back again for sure!

The choice we made was totally worth it We went with my whole family and we loved it, Mr. Genaro and his wife Moni were attentive to us the whole time and made sure we didn't miss anything at all. It is a 100% recommended place and the facilities are very nice!!!

The accommodations were great and cozy interior that exuded comfort and relaxation. The attention was evident in every aspect of the space, from bedding to the thoughtful amenities provided. The host was incredibly gracious and accommodating, offering helpful recommendations for local attractions and ensuring that our stay was nothing short of perfect. Overall, my experience at this Playa del Carmen Airbnb exceeded all expectations. I cannot recommend it highly enough for anyone looking for a blissful retreat in this beautiful destination.
