Sublime penthouse! The rooftop terrace was perfect for playing board games in the evening! It felt like being in a treehouse because the vegetation is so lush. The beds were very comfortable A perfect stay!

Had a great stay with my family. Would absolutely come back and stay. Loved the scooter rentals right at the property, which made getting around a breeze.

This air bnb was beautiful I feel the photos he has doesn’t do the place Justice. Gorgeous scenery. Really convenient for food and tiny market place right in front , to buy necessities. The staff was fabulous, I mean every single one of them go above and beyond to make your stay the best! Everyone is responsive right away and have many suggestions on tours and places to go. The beds in the Airbnb are so comfortable I wanted to bring that mattress back home with me and the sheets are so fresh. It was a group of 9 of us girls and we all agreed that the beds were just so comfy we could sleep for one whole day! Beautiful place all together we will def be back thanks Rafael! :)

Very beautiful place with many things to enjoy.. we did not have enough time to take advantage of everything (pools, gym, others).. it’s a new apartment with everything you need to have wonderful vacations

Excellent very spacious apartment. We were two families with kids and it was great. The photos represent the apartment well. Rafael responds very quickly to questions if needed. The only problem is the location, but it seems to be the problem of all Airbnb in Tulum. Are you planning a budget for a bike, scooter, or car rental depending on your needs for your trips. It's like that in Tulum.

Perfect for large groups, we were 7 adults and an infant. The accommodation is spacious and very comfortable. We were hit by Hurricane Beryl and the place is really safe.

We booked a different Airbnb but when we got there, it was nowhere to be found :( fortunately, I reached out to Rafael for a last minute booking to comfortably have me & my family stay & he came through! Literally last minute! Thank you so much Rafael for being communicative & responsive throughout our stay. Truly appreciate it!

beautiful place with great amenities (pool, gym, shops). only issue was some of the linens and towels had some stains but overall a great place for a great price.
