Great spot in hotel zone . Very secure and his own private pool and access to beach . Lots of space of families and groups . Really enjoy my time here

The unit served us well for its intended purpose.

Jose's place was exactly what we were looking for. We're a big group but there was a bed for each of us. Plenty of bathrooms and a kitchen with so many appliances. Jose helped us set up our shuttles from the airport and gave us great recommendations for a private chef who put together a fantastic meal for the Super Bowl. Jose was super responsive, providing us with additional water and towels really quickly. The view from the back of the property is amazing and we frequently sat in the hot tub and watched the ocean waves crash. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home, great place for our big group. The pool, the ocean view was the kids’ highlights! We enjoyed our stay, highly recommended! P.S we also enjoyed the private chef service that Luis recommended. That was a very nice experience for our family.

Excellent place… very large, clean… just as seen in the photos… Jose Luis is very friendly and always willing to help us. We will definitely be back. The pool is excellent, but during the day many seagulls stop by and leave it dirty. However, they clean it every day...

Host was very responsive and did everything for us to have an enjoyable time. We had a great time in the private pool overlooking the gorgeous beach.

Had an awesome stay here for a bachelorette party of 8! Beautiful beach was steps away and Luis gave us the absolute best recommendations including a boat charter and chef! Would stay here again for sure!

Jose Luis was very attentive to anything we needed during our stay. The house was better than expected. Very spacious bedrooms, amazing kitchen and living room area surrounded by a beautiful view. Such a perk to have a private pool and hot tub to ourselves. The location is great, Isla Mujeres, Cozumel, Playa del Carmen and cenotes are about an hour away. I will definitely book this house again.
