This home was perfect in a perfect location. I traveled with 3 kids (4,6,8) and grand parents. Grand parents were in their own guest house/suite where they could relax. The home was walkable to restaurants and the beach though we drove because of the grand parents. I would stay here again when I return to tamarindo!

We loved this property so much on our first visit to Tamarindo six years ago that we have returned again and again. The location truly could not be better. We have stayed in places with more impressive views and even directly on the beach, but nothing compares to the convenience of walking out of the front door and being right in town, while still feeling completely safe and peaceful. The wildlife makes the experience even more special. Iguanas were often waiting in the garden when we came home, and in the mornings we could hear the gentle tapping of little feet on the roof as monkeys moved between the trees. We stayed here as a family, and this home has given us memories that will last a lifetime. I rarely write reviews, but this place is genuinely special, and I felt I had to share how much it has meant to us.

The house is a dream, with great decor. Coming back from the outings and diving into the pool was a pleasure.

Beautiful stay in a good location, we had access to downtown Tamarindo, where the home is tucked away and in a safe area.

I cannot say enough about Laura & Martin’s home. It’s absolutely gorgeous! Every inch of their home and property is beautifully maintained and decorated. It was such an oasis that our whole family felt comfortable just relaxing together at home when we needed rest days, without feeling couped up or like we were wasting precious vacation time. Everything was perfect and if I could live in their home, I absolutely would! Laura & Martin were so friendly and responsive and checked in on us throughout our stay. They were even on site when we first arrived to greet us and show us around. The best hosts! Thank you both for such a wonderful stay. This was a trip of a lifetime for our whole family ❤️

Great house with good vibes. Good location close to town. AC works well in the rooms. Kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans. Pool is very warm though.

Loved the place! Tastefully designed and decorated. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool and outdoor area! Also loved that there wasn't a long list of things to do on checkout:) Would recommend to anyone.

Our experience was excellent from start to finish. The house was so much more than we expected: comfortable, beautiful, and everything was impeccable. It was really a pleasure to stay there. Everything was perfectly maintained, and we didn't lack a thing. Without a doubt, this is a place we recommend 100%. We would be delighted to come back!

Wow!! This place was fantastic. We have stayed at a lot of Airbnbs and this one really stood out! It was super clean and wonderfully furnished. We really appreciated the included cleaning of house and pool during our stay there. The home is a quick walk to the beach, coffee shops, and restaurants. It is also a short walk to the local market that happens on Wed and Saturday, which has excellent smoothies and produce and we would recommend going to if you are there on those days! It is surprisingly quiet, despite being close to the main downtown strip. The hosts were super responsive and helpful during our stay. They were kind to include a high chair, baby gate, and pack and play in the place which was so helpful for our toddler. We absolutely loved the outdoor space for running around playing soccer, relaxing, and for nap times. We enjoyed the pool during the hot days there. We also loved being able to eat al fresco! We would love to come back and stay next time we are in Costa Rica!

This place is absolutely stunning! One of the best airbnbs I have ever stayed in. It’s very tastefully built and decorated. Everything was clean, comfortable and functional. The area felt very safe and a perfect location close to everything but still private. We will definitely be staying here again.

Our stay at Laura and Martin's place was wonderful. I was traveling with my husband and 2 children (ages 8 and 12) in late March. Location: Perfect. Walking distance to shops/restaurants/grocery. Still got a golf cart because of the heat - glad we did. Safe, quiet neighborhood just east of town. Interior: So grateful for AC in living spaces and bedrooms - very helpful for sleep and taking breaks from the heat. Super clean, beautiful, and bright home - cleaning person came twice during our stay. The home's architecture and style helped put me in vacay mode. Kitchen had all the dishes and cooking tools we needed as well as a water filtration system for safe drinking water. Exterior: Tall walls surround the property with a gate for exit/entry. Feels very private (in a wonderful way). The tropically landscaped yard, pool, and covered porch sitting areas were perfect. Pool was clean and refreshing - I think it was heated, but probably didn't need to be that time of year.

Laura’s home is beautiful! Our stay was easy, relaxing and fun. Laura was very responsive, flexible and wonderful to work with! A great experience from start to finish!

We had the most amazing stay at Laura’s beautiful home! The house is truly amazing. The interior is beautifully decorated, the outdoor pool area is awesome, and the location was perfect. We rented a golf cart for our stay, but the home is very a quick and easy walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach. We were traveling with two small children and Laura was super helpful in providing a crib, high chair, stroller, safety gate, baby toys, etc. She also had a housekeeper come to the house several times while we were there who was SO sweet and so helpful. We didn’t even realize the housekeeper was included with our stay, so it was a very pleasant surprise! I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Tamarindo. It’s the kind of place I would visit again and again in the future. Thank you Laura!!!

Laura and Martin are amazing hosts. If you get the opportunity to stay with them I would highly recommend. Communication was amazing, we had some bumps along the way and they we're so amazing in helping us organize solutions and give so much support. The location of their home is absolutely perfect, no need for a car and the home is beautiful. Would stay here again and again in a heart beat.

Laura's place is beautiful and is like staying in your own little oasis. Lots of wildlife and beautiful outdoor space to hangout and relax by the pool. Would definitely stay here again and Laura was a great host.
