Brian and the whole team were great! The house is just like discribed and the pictures! Right by the beach and super confortable. We loved the house, the beach, the waves and the region! Sure we’ll be back!

We love this place! You can check The Boom from the beach in front of the house. Spent hours surfing in the morning then relaxed in the pool in the shade of a coconut tree the rest of the day. Will be back again soon!

My wife and I stayed at Casa Vista for a few days, hoping to relax and enjoy the beautiful beaches in northern Nicaragua. We had an absolutely wonderful time! The house is beautiful, clean, modern, and VERY peaceful! The owners and caretakers do an excellent job of maintaining the home, property, and pool. I highly recommend booking Casa Vista if you plan to be in the area. We definitely hope to stay here again :)

Very good place, quiet, very wide and almost private beach. The house is in good condition. The power went out three times and it doesn't have a generator. But I'll be back pretty soon. A recommendation would be to make a brick path to get to the pool, which doesn't have one. A BBQ for a roast and putting screens on the windows to keep mosquitoes out. But for us, it was a nice place for my family. We would go back to the place. Good luck to Brian and thank you so much for your hospitality.

My son and his friends went there for surfing at the boom and had a wonderful time. The location of the home was perfect for surfing. The area is a little quiet so you may need a car to go exploring. There was a restaurant in walking distance that had good fried fish and pizza . Bryan coordinated pick up to and from the airport and a driver for a while they were there for grocery store runs, etc. Bryan also helped with a fishing boat.

This place was absolutely perfect for a surf trip! Balcony is amazing to hang out during day and watch the ocean! Will definitely be staying here next visit!

This place is really wonderful to stay. It is everything I dreamed and more; close to the beach, beautiful and quiet surroundings, and a wonderfully spacious house. Brian is very responsive and attentive, his colleagues in Nicaragua are also very helpful and friendly.
