This is a stunning location and wonderful home. We enjoyed walking down to the beach, watching whales from the pool, and had a wonderful evening with a private chef recommended by the host. There is so much to love about this house!

This home is absolutely exceptional. The location alone is worth it — our favorite neighborhood in San José del Cabo — quiet, beautiful, and with stunning ocean views that made every morning feel like we were waking up in the south of France. The house itself is perfectly stocked and thoughtfully set up: full kitchen, beach chairs, umbrellas, pool and hot tub that our two boys loved, and plenty of space to relax, unwind, and truly feel at home. The private beach access with key card was a huge plus, and being just five minutes from San José made everything incredibly convenient. We’ve been coming to Cabo for years — easily 50+ stays across Pedregal, the Corridor, and the East Cape — and this is genuinely one of the top places we’ve ever stayed. We would absolutely come back again and again. Highly recommend.

We had a blast at Marta’s place. We particularly enjoyed the proximity to the beach, and the temperature of the pool. Everything was perfect.

The house is wonderful - lots of space, clean and well stocked. Matt was a very responsive and welcoming host and Maria was very helpful. She met us at check in and arranged transportation for the airport. They both provided great recommendations for a stay. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The home and the pool were beautiful beyond words. We spent many hours just admiring the views. The home was clean and had everything we needed. It was midway between Cabo and San Jose so that was very convenient. I would stay again in an heartbeat.

This home was amazing! It's all we could have hoped for and more on our Cabo trip. The neighborhood was quiet, beautiful and safe. The home was well-appointed, the beds were comfy. We all enjoyed the refreshing pool after a day at the beach. And so could ever get sick of the lovely views?! Can't wait to go back to Cabo, and hopefully this home will be available again!

Fantastic house, with view, pool, big family room, huge deck, 10 minute walk to beach or drive in 3. Host was great, easy to communicate with, had great recommendations on where to get food and entertainment. Would absolutely rent this house again.

Matta's place was beautiful, spacious and great for families. Our three young children could not get enough of the pool and hot tub, which were both very well maintained. Gorgeous views and just a short trek to an amazing beach. Maria was very responsive and had excellent local suggestions. Highly recommend.

Wonderful getaway with life long friends. We choose this house for privacy and it's location for a relaxing time with 3 couples spread across the country. When we arrived everyone was in awe of the many levels, views, and overall feeling of the house. We knew the area, but had never stayed in a house and were close to restaurants, grocery, beach, and the most stunning views. We had coffee on the patio watching the sunset, spent time in the pool watching the whales and fishing boats off shore and just relaxing with our friends. It's about 25 minutes to Los Cabos and even less to San Jose, so a good location if you like options on both ends. We went kayaking in Los Cabos, golf and spa near buy and to Flora Farms for dinner. Everything was a reasonable distance. Would highly recommend Hacienda del Mar for a relaxing getaway with amenities and privacy!

Matta's place was extraordinary. The views are immaculate. There was ample space for our family to spread out. The pool and hot tub were used everyday by us and our children while watching whales jump out of the ocean. The sunrises are spectactular if you are an early riser like me. The kitchen was well stocked and we hired a chef who prepared meals for us as well as our fresh caught fish. I've stayed in many Airbnb's across the world and this is my favorite. It's close to the airport and situated between Cabo San Jose and San Lucas so whatever you desire is close by. Her recommendations for tour companies were spot on as well. Stay here, you will not regret it.

This was our second stay at Matt's place and we enjoyed it very much. The views are amazing and he recently updated some appliances and outdoor furniture. We look forward to returning again.
