This condo was the perfect space for us. It was within walking distance to everything in Jaco. We love to walk. The complex itself is a gated community which was comforting, although we always felt safe walking around in Jaco. Jayson was extra helpful. Gave recommendations on food, which we literally loved every place. He was also helped us find things to do and answered all of our questions quickly

I honestly can't say enough about Jayson as a host, a person, and after my stay, a friend. I decided to take a last minute solo trip, which I booked on a Tuesday to leave that Friday, so having someone knowledgeable and attentive was important. Jayson was not only immediately responsive, but throughout the short couple of days leading to my arrival he couldn't have been more helpful in offering local information and any assistance I needed in booking tours, activities, etc. Although I wasn't arriving until nearly 1am, Jayson made sure to greet me upon my arrival, give me a tour of the condo and provide further tips on local restaurants, events happening in town, etc. Not only did he pick me up for the ziplining tour, which he completely took care of booking for me, but he also joined me on the ziplines! The condo was clean, accommodating, and located directly in front of the pool (literally a few steps away) which was amazing! I can confidently say that this trip far exceeded my expectations, which I can confidently say was directly attributed to the hospitality and courtesy provided by the host. Not only would I recommend this or any other of his condos, I will be returning very soon and Jayson will absolutely be my first call!

While in Jaco, my boyfriend and I stayed with Jayson for two nights. One of the great things about staying at an Airbnb is the opportunity to connect with a local. Jayson is an amazing connection to have in Costa Rica. He’s a super friendly and helpful guy who is knowledgable about activities in the area. His condo is in a gated community. We didn’t utilize the pool but it is right outside the front door. We were able to walk to the market and purchase breakfast items to prepare at the condo. Be sure to bring or plan on purchasing anything you need beyond basic hand soap and dish soap. Linens, bath towels and beach towels were provided. The condo is walking distance to the Main Street in Jaco, which has a great selection of restaurants, bars and shopping. It’s also walking distance to the beach. We had a great experience staying with Jayson!

Fantastic experience! Second time in Jaco and this was a far superior place to stay! Jayson is very responsive to messages and dedicated to helping guests have a comfortable, enjoyable experience. Kitchen is adequate and we cooked most of our meals. Condominium complex is well-maintained and safe, with a guard at the front gate. Ideal location with groceries close by, beach a few minutes walk, and everything in Jaco within 1 mile walking. Definitely would stay here again.

A friend of mine and my self stayed at Jayson place. It was a great value and I'd recommend it. Super easy to walk to the main road, clean, good pool and close to everything. Jayson was easy to get a hold of, friendly and overall it worked out great to stay at his place. We'd come back.

First things first: Stop reading all of Jayson’s awesome reviews (just for right now) and book your trip before someone swoops in and books the property right out from under you. This was my first AirBNB experience and the bar has been set extremely high. The property is in a perfect location. It’s literally close to everything that’s awesome in Jaco. It’s secured 24/7 by the most courteous of security guards who truly have your safety and wellbeing in mind. The villa itself is perfect. It is a real gem, and you can tell Jayson takes great pride in keeping it nice for his guests. It has everything you could possibly need. It is perfect for a couple or a small family. The absolute best part of the stay (and I’m saving this for last for a reason) was our experience with Jayson. He was such a ***vital*** part of our stay in Jaco. What started out as a mere business transaction between us concluded with nothing less than a genuine friendship. I owe all of that to Jayson, and it was completely an unexpected bonus. I had some solid upfront communication with Jayson about the type of trip I was looking for. Essentially, I wanted an epic experience. Lo and behold, that’s exactly what I got thanks to Jayson and his personal assistance. Whatever you’re looking for just ask him. He will steer you in the right direction. Don’t bother “price shopping” other tours or excursions. Jayson’s recommendations are often priced better, and even if they’re the same price, they are exponentially better than what ever else is offered in Jaco. When I return to Jaco, I will not even waste my time looking for another place or another host. I will be back with my friend Jayson!

Jayson is super hospitable and helpful. The apartment is a bit small and only has a large bedroom with a double bed. For this purpose, the towels are replaced on request and the apartment has been handed over to us in a clean condition. Jayson's place is definitely recommended.

My girlfriend and I stayed with Jayson for almost a week in February 2018 and it was the best Airbnb experience I have had to date....and I'm a regular user of AirBnb! Very good communication, very thoughtful, great guy - you even get a his activity planning expertise free of charge! Truly a man trying to assist with experiencing the Pura Vida life style.

The apartment is small but with an excellent distribution. It has only 1 air conditioning which is enough to acclimatize the whole place. Jayson is amazing as a host, everything was very good, clean and organized. We will definitely be back.

Jayson is awesome. We had some ideas about what to do, but Jayson's suggestions were the best. We saw Costa Rica in ways that typical tourists could not. And Jayson even joined us on some tours, from the Crocodile River Tour to just me and Jayson hitting the mountains and jungles on dirt bikes. Absolutely incredible experience!

Great choice in Jaco

I was planning a trip to Jaco for 6 nights and came across Jayson's condo in Jaco and thought it would be perfect. The condo is located near the main strip and a short walk to all the restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. Jayson met us at the condo gated entrance and walked us to the condo and it was exactly as the photos. Jayson was a great Jaco guide as he showed us on the map what restaurants, events and excursions to visit and what specials they have on certain nights. The condo is located in a private gated community and also has a small pool and friendly staff. There are grocery stores within a short walk from the condo and bus service is nearby. Definitely a great place overall, you won't be disappointed. Pura Vida!

We booked a 10 day stay in Jaco and I read over So many reviews with different Airbnb's around the area. When I was looking through the reviews of Jayson's condos, I decided that this was the place for me. I'm glad I went with that idea. From the moment I booked the trip until the very end of it, Jayson was an incredible host and helped us through any question we had. The condo was very nice and comfortable. A very short walk to the beach. No matter what you wanted to do, he had the hook up for it for rates cheaper than normal. If you're looking for a fun getaway in Jaco with a relaxing stay, book with Jayson. You will Not be disappointed!!

We loved everything about Jayson's apartment. Very clean, modern, and perfect location. We got acquainted with our host, and he was a huge help to us. Very accommodating. He went above and beyond, which we greatly appreciated. He even upgraded us to a different condo, since he knew it was my birthday. Very helpful with places to go and things to do. If you're going to Jaco- stay at Jayson's units. They're located in a small condominium community, a couple minutes walk from the commercial center of town and the beach. Jayson gave us a thorough review of local activities and restaurant picks, and also some discount coupons for a local spa. He helped us arrange a ride to the airport, which ended up being cheaper than any option we found. I'd recommend taking his advice about travel time to the airport, as the route from Jaco can easily take two hours. Overall, we had a great stay here!

This condo was nice, modern, and clean. I felt very safe here. There is a gate at the front with friendly security people. It is close to everything, beach, nonstop stores, grocery store, restaurants, etc., Jason is a great host! Very accessible if you should need something and his knowledge for the tours offered in the area is very helpful. Definitely would recommend a stay here. Also, if you're looking for some things like kombucha, or other natural items, there is a store called the green room and there is also a restraint there that has a good falafel burger!

Jay is super helpful and kind. He asisted us with everything from advice about airport transfert to the best companies to book for excursions. His apartment was clean, well stocked, and in a great gated neighborhood. Jayson stayes in an apartment close by so he was always availible to help us and answer any questions. I highly recommend staying with him. He was by far the best host Iv ever had.

Great place near the beach and restaurants, quiet at night, nice pool. We had to eat in due to diet restrictions, so the kitchenette was appreciated! Jayson was available for whatever we needed. Highly recommended.

The condo is located in a private place, with security and is quite quiet and safe! Jayson was always attentive to our arrival, he explained all the house rules, all the amenities! Important to note that it only has one parking space, although there is the possibility of leaving it somewhere inside the condominium! Inside the house you have everything you need to have a good time and very central in the Jaco area!

Jayson made it a great experience, would definitely return with him. From arriving, through our stay and on our return, he was very hospitable and took care of us. You literally are in the center of the only main strip, so it's the PERFECT location. He is on point with meeting you whenever you need and he lives close, so he is super responsive! Jayson was a great host! He met us when we arrived and spent at least 20 minutes going over all the workings of the apartment and the things to do/places to eat in town. He had maps and pamphlets to help us get around and plan our stay. He also gave us great advice for how to take the bus to Manuel Antonio! He told us about half price sushi night at Tsunami Sushi which was delicious and he gave us free passes to Club Blu! We spent our entire last day at Blu relaxing by the pools and going to the beach. Jayson always responded quickly if we had any questions and was very available. The apartment was very clean and the AC was a huge bonus! The condominium complex is in a great location and very safe. We could walk anywhere we wanted: to the beach, any restaurant, the bus stop, etc. We would definitely stay here again if we ever return!

Jayson's apartment was perfect for our stay in Jaco. Everything was clean and easy to use. Jayson met us at the security gate to make sure we were let into the apartment complex OK, then led us through the ins and outs of the place, as well as gave us some recommendations in the area. Jayson was incredibly helpful. He met us at the front gate upon arrival and showed us the condo and the local pool area outside. He had a big map of the entire area where he showed us all of the hotspots, and the lesser known but needed places such as the grocery store, laundry facility and his favorite food places. In addition he was incredibly helpful with finding local beach cruiser bikes to cruise around Jaco. He was always available when we had questions and the place is the perfect size, and has a fully equipped kitchen. I would definitely stay with Jayson again later this summer.

Jayson's place is awesome! Great location, clean and comfortable. And probably one of the more secure places I stayed in on my whole 3 week trip in Costa Rica. Jayson was also super accommodating when I told him that I would be there to check in an hour early he said no problem; he was also right on time when I needed to check out early (5:45) to get to the airport on time. Jayson is a great host! helped us settle in and was very responsive when ever we had any questions. Also helped us with booking activities around Jaco like horseback riding and surf lessons. Listing was great, clean and modern look. It was nice having the added security of a gated community with 24hr guards. Stones throw from Jaco's main strip and 5min walk to the beach.

Jayson was awesome. We arrive at 1:30 pm and decided last minute to go surfing and he had us all set for a 2 pm surf lesson! His place was only a short walk from the main street and was in a fenced in community which led us to feel very safe. Although it was extremely hot that night, the AC in Jayson's home kept us nice and cool.

Jaco was our first stay in Costa Rica and Jayson was thee perfect host. Was very warm and welcoming while also a cornucopia of Jaco area to dos and not to dos! We not only enjoyed our time In Jaco but felt even more comfortable with the country! We learned to surf (rode second wave I tried for) hiked interesting trails, zip lined and ate the best food. As someone who has visited Costa Rica many times decided to do something different . Meeting an old friend we decided on air bnb to give us each are own room vs the standard hotel layout . Best decision ever ! Not only did we each have a private room but a sitting area As well . The perks a great wifi signal . And kitchen which in itself will save you 10-20 dollars a day making your own coffee and breakfast or keeping your imperials cold . The pool is right there to cool if whenever you want . Location great walk or 2 dollar cab to pretty much anywhere . The experience epitomizes Costa Rica , good people , beautiful nature good vibe great value . Glad I tried something different cause I've found a new home in Costa Rica . I will be staying with Jayson in the future until. I can buy my own place !!!!! Also don't trust your iPhone whether reports it said rain every day , and we didn't see a drop all week . And now my friends perspective as a Costa Rica newbie...... This was my first time going to Costa Rica and Jayson was a huge part of what made it special. He took the time to clue me into everything I needed to know to make the stay incredible. The condo was located in the central part of Jaco Beach; making taxis only necessary when exhausted. I could walk from the front door to the ocean in 5 mins!!!! Jayson's suggestions and connections were critical when it came to maximizing the time I had. He knows exactly where the best spots to eat, day hike, and enjoy are. He was also around to answer any questions me and my traveling partner had which was huge as many came up being in a new land. I will be going back very soon and calling Jayson when that happens.

Look no further for accommodation in Jaco, this is it! As many other reviewers have pointed out, Jayson is the friendliest and most gracious host. He personally welcomed us to the condo and gave us very helpful instructions to operate the A/C and shower, had tons of recommendations and discounts available for local restaurants and expeditions, and was very kind and welcoming. My husband had mentioned prior to our arrival that we are interested in local craft beer, and Jayson went out of his way to visit the nearby brewpub and provide us with a drink list and menu. We were blown away by his hospitality and consideration! The location couldn't be better, it's in a small gated community with 24/7 security and everything in the town was walking distance (including the beach, the shops, restaurants, and grocery stores). The condo itself was clean, spacious and very comfortable. We felt right at home and could happily have stayed longer! If you're looking for an affordable, comfortable, convenient place to stay in Jaco, I can't recommend this condo enough. Jayson went out of his way to make us feel very welcome, and stayed in excellent communication with us before and during our stay. If (and hopefully when!) we come back to Jaco, we will certainly stay here again. Five stars for sure!

Our stay at Jaysons was fantastic . He met us on time and gave us plenty of advice on our surroundings , he was quick to respond to any queries and always available . He even threw in a few bonus vouchers for our stay there . Wifi was also fast and the location of the apartment was absolutely ideal , just a road away from the beach. Jayson and his condo were great! I highly recommend booking a stay with him. He was very punctual with his responses prior to our arrival, assisted us in setting up the transport from San Jose to Jaco, was waiting for us at the gate to the condo when we arrived from San Jose, and gave us some great recommendations on where to eat and go that night. The condo was very clean and comfortable, and it is right in the middle of the strip, so there was easy access by foot everywhere we wanted to go. Everything about our stay felt safe and clean. I would highly recommend staying with Jayson if you plan on travelling to Jaco.

We had a really nice stay, our bed was super comfortable, the rooms were really comfortable and clean, and the condo itself is very nice. Our host was really friendly, always willing to let us know what is happening in and around town! The area is perfect, very close to all the action in Jaco. Really nice stay!!

Jayson is the consummate host, and detail-oriented in the best way possible. After helping us navigate to the town, he met us upon arrival and provided an extremely thorough briefing on the features of the unit itself, the condo community, the town, and the nearby area. It is obvious that Jayson cares tremendously about his guests. The unit was spacious, well equipped, and conveniently located. In addition to the lodging side-of things, Jayson was a tremendous help with everything Jaco, and even helped us book a couple of tours in the area. We highly recommend future guests ask him about sightseeing / tour / activity options in the area.

Our entire stay at Jayson's place in Jaco was a fantastic experience for my wife and I. We stayed for 7 nights over the Christmas and New Years time period. After booking, he answered any questions that we had in advance and set us up for our airport transportation. He also provided a lot of detailed information on the best that Jaco has to offer with regards to day tours, activities, excursions, and bars and restaurants. We arrived very late in the night from the airport, but Jayson greeted us at the gate at arrival and gave us a detailed welcome including the rules and regulations of the condo and association as well as maps and local landmarks to make note of. He made us feel completely at home with his friendly conversation and demeanor. We felt completely safe at all times due to the gated in community that has a guard 24/7. The location is short walking distance to both the beach and all of the restaurants and nightlife, but on a quiet enough stretch that none of the main road noise carries into the area. We had no problems walking back and forth to either at any time, day or night. The condo was a good size, more than large enough for the 2 of us, using the 2nd bedroom mostly for our clothes and unpacking. The air conditioner was nice to use to cool off in the main bedroom after coming in from the heat, as was the pool that is conveniently steps outside of the apartment. Lastly, all of Jayson's recommendations worked out great, and we especially loved the ATV tour he set us up with. He remained available for communication to answer our questions any time we needed. As said earlier, we felt right at home right away and throughout the trip from the way he treated us. We highly recommend staying here or any other place he has! His assistance was top notch and made our trip so much easier to just enjoy.

Jayson was an excellent host! Right from the start he stayed in communication to arrange anything I needed from tours to taxis. When we arrived at the condo, he was there to welcome us along with showing us around the place. The condo its self was beautifully remodeled, with tile floors, nice cabinets, and a large refrigerator/freezer. The condo is in a safe, gated community with a pool right outside the front door. Also, it's only a short walk to the beach. We never had any problems with noise or neighbors. Jayson gave us insight into the culture along with the best places to eat and see. He always answered questions promptly and effectively. Overall we had a great stay in Jayson's condo and I would highly recommend booking with him. He is an excellent host and will go out of his way to make sure you have a great experience.

Jayson was a great host! He was easy to reach and welcomed us well to Jaco! The place is great, and my friend accidentally left his debit card in the safe, Jayson safely returned it to us within hours.

Our stay at Midtown Poolside condo, (formerly known as Hannia), was fantastic. The apartments are exactly like pictured, and in a very nice, and quaint complex. Jayson is an amazing owner, and answers any questions, concerns, or needs almost instantly before your stay, and during your stay. He is extremely polite, and well spoken. He offers extremely helpful insight on the locals, and is eager to offer his knowledge on places to eat, and activities to experience such as surfing, or other excursions Jaco, and it's surrounding area has to offer. The location is near the center of town set back one block from the main strip so it's quiet yet close to everything. You can feel safe as the apartment complex is gated with a security guard present 24 hours a day. The security guards are extremely polite, and very funny. They actually made leaving, and coming back to the apartment entertaining as they loved interacting with us, and cracking jokes! They made us feel welcome! If you do not feel like walking 2 blocks to the beach there is a nice pool with a waterfall to accommodate you as well! Again everything is close, and accessible from the supermarket plaza, where they have ATMs, to the movie theater, or other shops, and restaurants. Overall the experience was near perfect from the owner Jayson, the cleanliness of the apartment, the location, the guards, and the price; you would be hard pressed to find a better experience! Thank you Jayson! It was a pleasure to stay at Midtown, and it was a pleasure to meet you!

Jayson is an awesome host. That is based nearby and can address any issues quickly and efficiently. Response time was ultra fast. Procedures where simple and easy. Very safe and secure location with in walking distance to all that Joco has to offer. I was traveling with my wife and 13 year old son. Great setup for families with kids. Quite neighborhood with a pool 30 meters away. The house was setup nice and well furnished. Would rent again with out a doubt.

Jayson is a very kind and gracious host who goes out of his way to make sure you're comfortable. His overview of Jaco and insight on tours is priceless. He can help you plan your itinerary, especially if you have never visited before. The location is safe in a gated/guarded subdivision with taxis always available just outside the entrance. Proximity to the grocery store, KFC, Pizza Hut, Subway, Cinema and more is conveniently within a 5 minute walk. The beach, Jaco Blu and the best rated restaurant Side Street are also less than a 5 min walk. Lastly, the place is spotless and has fast Wi-Fi, cold aircon and all amenities to make your stay comfortable. For those who like to sleep in the rooms can be dark as well. Bed was very comfortable and showers had cold and hot water readily available. Would definitely stay there again on my next visit.

Jayson was very quick to respond to my request to book even though I made the request the same day I wanted to stay. He was very accommodating even picking us up at the internet cafe where we made the reservations and showing us around the rest of Jaco. He made several activity and restaurant recommendations that were perfect for our plans. Jayson made everything simple and made himself available the entire time we were there. We felt more like family than guests. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

My experience in Jaco Beach was perfect because of Jayson. He was very educated on the lay of the land, and helped make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Nice clean condo that is easily accessible to town and the hot spots.

In one word: perfect! Jayson cannot be more helpful and professional. He gave us only good recommendations. The house is well equiped, modern and centrally located. The condo is nice with a small pool. We recommend it and would like to thank Jayson again!
