Rodney’s place was awesome. He was super responsive and helpful. The sunrise and sunset from the balcony was one of our favorite things. I can’t recommend this house enough. Thank you for a terrific memory.

We had a WONDERFUL stay with our family of 9! This villa was absolutely perfect!! Spacious with lots of comfy beds and plenty of space for all of us to hang out together. We enjoyed watching whales from the balcony every morning over coffee and had a great time swimming/shooting hoops in the pool during the day. The location is also perfect as it was a very quick ride into town and there were many restaurants close by. Rodney was very quick to respond and never failed us with his recommendations, including the private beach located right in the gated community. Our family will treasure the memories we made here forever! Would definitely stay here again.

This stunning Villa was perfect for our family and friends for a relaxing wind down after our camping adventure in La Paz. The view is incredible, the Villa had everything we needed and the pool was cool and relaxing. Rodney was always quick to respond with any questions we had and very friendly and polite. We would definitely stay here again.

Biggest private pool we’ve had in Cabo. Very serene outdoor space. Gorgeous views of the ocean. Rodney was attentive and communicated well. Great relaxing vacation!

Beautiful house, super-equipped, spacious and comfortable, very well located and with beautiful views, with privacy and tranquility, but with good options to have fun as a family, in addition to excellent service from the host Rodney. It was a wonderful vacation, we could enjoy the whales from the large terrace overlooking the sea and the full moon at night, as well as the beautiful private beach and the quiet streets with plants where we observed a variety of birds.

There’s nothing not to love about this home. It’s got a great layout and is in a beautiful area, close to everything. There isn’t a thing missing from the home. Lots of space, comfy beds, awesome pool (go for the heat option). Whales galore everyday from the balcony. We made amazing memories here and I’m so grateful. Rodney answers all questions immediately.

We had a wonderful stay with our family of six! The kitchen was wonderfully equipped and made it easy to cook breakfasts and lunches and spend the days by the pool (having it heated in March was a nice perk; well worth it). The BBQ was great for a couple steak dinners too. The remainder of the evenings we went to Cabo and San Jose for dinners, which were both convenient to get to. The gated community gave us a wonderful sense of peace and security. We started the days with coffees on the lanai watching the sunrise and whales swimming by; we ended the days on the lanai with wine by the propane campfire, looking at the stars and watching fireworks a couple of the nights. Rodney was very helpful with beach recommendations and had a full supply of beach equipment (chairs, cooler, umbrella, snorkels, boogie boards). What a wonderful Cabo home!

We spent Christmas as this wonderful Cabo property and had family fly in from a few different states. The space was perfect with a large living room, huge patio and plenty of bedroom space. We enjoyed whale watching every morning from the balcony and had everything we needed to make family meals. The location is perfect as it is a quick ride into town and tons of restaurants nearby. We even made our way down to the private beach for a sunset! We can't wait to go back and hopefully stay here again!

Rodney’s place was perfect for my birthday celebration. The views of the beach were amazing. Very spacious and was able to accommodate everyone comfortably. We really enjoyed the pool - we went with Rodney’s suggestion and purchased the heat which we were glad we did. Super easy to get picked up/dropped off with Uber and other transportation services. We had a in-home chef during most of our stay but got food from the Villa Serena Restaurant and Outpost which were both really good! Rodney was super responsive when it came to small issues we experienced and was able to get it handled right away. Would recommend to anyone visiting Cabo!

What a wonderful place to stay in Cabo. The house, the view, the pool, all just perfect. It is close to grocery stores and restaurants. It is a short ride to downtown and the marina. Our whole family loved it and plan on staying here again.

Exceptional stay! The house accommodated our group perfectly, providing comfort and a great atmosphere. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool, and the walk down to the beach for sunrise views was breathtaking. Dining on the front deck, especially during sunrise with coffee, was a highlight. Rodney's wealth of local insights enhanced our Cabo experience significantly. Grateful for the wonderful memories created in this fantastic Airbnb!

Beautiful home, spacious and with all the amenities you could need during your trip. There were some things we needed addressed during our stay, which Rodney quickly acted on. The AC wall units and light/fan controls took some time to figure out but once we got all the switches synchronized they worked well. We enjoyed the big pool, private yard, outdoor Bluetooth speakers, and telescope to look at the moon. Poon gets very warm in the summer but that’s just due to the heat wave. Outdoor shower was nice to cool down. There are two markets nearby with organic and healthier food options within5 minute drive. Plenty of towels and beds were comfortable.

Rodney’s house was amazing peaceful and clean spacious we did not have to used the extra room downstairs. I recommend this home to anyone that is traveling with a big group. Very private and safe the guards in the front are so welcoming as well private community just made it easy and safe .

The house was very clean, as a cleaning business owner, I am picky about cleanliness. It was perfect for 4 adults, 2 teenagers & 2 kids. We went to the Esperanza Resort very close by for breakfast and it was awesome. We did rent a vehicle to get around for our big group but you can easily use uber. Great views, relaxing pool. Everyone said the beds were the most comfortable from any place we have ever stayed at. Had plenty of towels for beach & shower. Has everything you can think of to have a great time! Would definitely recommend for a big group or family.
