The location is great because it's within walking distance to Quepos, the Malecon, and the Marina, as well as close to all the amenities in Quepos. And there is also a road to Manuel Antonio, so you can get there quickly. The surroundings have a garden, vegetation, and animals that make it beautiful. Carmen is an excellent host and delivered the apartment very clean and with special touches, and she was flexible with check-in. My family and I felt very welcome and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Very nice place, very clean, and in a good location for travelers with a vehicle. Very large terrace that allows you to enjoy the accommodation in peace.

A very good stay! Carmen is an incredible host! There's no question I haven't asked her, and she always responds quickly and kindly. The apartment's check-in process was very detailed and clear. He provided us with everything we needed to cook, as well as water jugs. Truly a very good stay.

Carmen's place was perfect for our five-night stay in Quepos. The kitchen has all the essentials, great amenities, and safe off-street parking. Three of us stayed in her two-bedroom second floor apartment. The outdoor eating and sitting area with extended overhang roof is right in line with the tree canopy so you can watch birds and stays dry when it rains. The bedrooms have mini-split units to help control the humidity at night. Just outside the downtown grid of Quepos, her place is walking distance to several stores, grocery stores, the bus station, restaurants, bars, and the waterfront. Carmen is also very accommodating and hospitable. Easily accessible and responds to your right away. We highly recommend her place to other guests looking budget-friendly accommodations with the comfort of home.

As described by the other users, the apartment is a bit older. But very lovingly maintained and clean. There is little water coming out of the shower and one of the two bedrooms is very small. The terrace is spacious, clean and quiet The kitchen is fully equipped.

I can only describe this place as magical. Wildlife viewing in the morning was outstanding. The place was safe, secure, well stocked with all the essentials, and much larger than we had expected. L Carmen, the host, went above and beyond to make Valentine’s Day special for my wife. She bought balloons, chocolates, flowers, a card and a stuffed animal and arranged them all beautifully in the bedroom for when my wife arrived, I don’t think anybody else would’ve done what Carmen did. Thank you Carmen!

Beautiful apartment with fully equipped kitchen, veranda terrace with wonderful views of nature rich in wildlife: macaws, hummingbirds, and other colorful birds!Carmen is a friendly host, always available and attentive to guests' needs. The accommodation is centrally located near restaurants, a supermarket, and a pharmacy, and is very convenient for Manuel Antonio National Park. Highly recommended!

A wonderful, spacious Airbnb with a gorgeous veranda surrounded by greenery - it was hard to leave. Very clean, with welcoming and attentive management. We highly recommend staying here as part of your journey!

Carmen replied promptly every time and went out of her way to make the stay as easy as possible and made sure we were taken care of. She helped us with our parking situation even after we checked out and was an amazing host.

Carmen was very knowledgeable of the area because she grew up in Quepos. She gave us great restaurant recommendations that are walking distance from the condo.. The bus stop is just down block from the entrance gate and is 75 cents one way to go to Manuel Antonio.. Carmen gave us directions to the Naranjo River which was a great afternoon trip as well as Nauyaca waterfall and has knowledge on the safest and best tour companies in the area.. Carmen was great.. your in good hands with Carmen… We will be back..
