Great place to stay! We really enjoyed the convenience of having a pool right on the balcony after a long day at the beach. The staff was on point taking care of the place or anything that came up. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your lovely home. The sliding door beside the pool was a particularly nice feature, and the property was beautifully presented. Our host was polite, professional, and very accommodating throughout our visit. The only area that could be improved is ensuring greater respect for guest privacy from the property staff (security, cleaners, and pool maintenance). A quick call or text notification before entering the space would be greatly appreciated, as we were caught off guard one evening when security passed by a window with a flashlight. A little more consideration in this area would make a big difference. That said, a big thank you to Rosi and the entire maintenance crew for creating such a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere during our time in San Juan Del Sur.

Had a wonderful stay at Rosi’s place! Looked exactly as the pictures described. Very neat, clean and simply beautiful. The hill to get to the place is quite steep but we had a car and Rosi had a designated parking for us.

The place is just as the pictures, great views, the pool is excellent and clean. Good water pressure, cold a/c, and a calf workout with the hill. Walking distance to everything but if you're a solo traveler the street leading to house is not all that illuminated because of the locals that live there, so just as an FYI. We did have an issue with the fridge, but Rosi sent someone immediately and even brought us a bag of ice. Overall, would recommend.

Rosi’s place looks exactly like the photos and is perfect for a couple. It’s about a 10min walk from the main street, allowing you to escape the noise and enjoy a great night’s sleep—ideal if you prefer not to stay in the middle of the action.

Loved the place. Very clean and spacious and in a good location. The pool and patio area is perfect for hanging out and relaxing. Looks exactly like the photos and has everything you need for a weekend. Only recommendation is that you DO NOT follow Google Maps with the link listed. FOLLOW THE WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS. Unfortunately we found this out the hard way, but during the process of arrival Rosi was very responsive and of great help.

We really enjoyed our holiday. The apartment provided us with a very nice place to retreat to after our activities. The pool and views are just great. We also had a house cat who was always at Loft 6 waiting for us. Please feed her, give her water, and pet her. She will appreciate it very much and give a lot back to you.😻

The place was amazing. A private villa, perfect for a couple getaway or a small family. The view from the private pool is impressive. It is also a short drive away from the town or any of the nearby beaches. We loved it!

An amazing place for a weekend getaway for two people. The whole place is clean, comfortable, and relaxing. With a stunning view of the bay. The kitchen was suitable for cooking and had plenty of space. The property is a few minutes by car from the town. And it feels super safe. You have a super nice private pool. I don't recommend it for more than two people.

This home is absolutely beautiful. The location and views alone make it worth the stay. I was extremely pleased with my visit from start to finish. Everything is within walking distance (as long as you don’t mind a slight incline), and I felt completely safe walking around at all times. The host provides a very helpful binder with delivery options and local recommendations, which made everything incredibly convenient. It was clear that a lot of thought went into making guests feel comfortable. Rosi was straightforward and direct in her communication, and while her tone over text can come across as "short", she was always prompt and responsive, which I truly appreciated (I was not offended, but noted). Overall, I was very impressed with my stay and would absolutely book here again. 10/10!

This place was great! The water pressure was amazing and the hot water showers was one of our favorite parts! The button for the curtain was tricky to find but once we found the controls on the wall near the bed it was no problem! The power did go off in the area a few times, I just had to wake up to turn the AC back on. It got pretty warm without the AC. Overall a really great place to stay!! The kitchen is fully furnished so we cooked all of our meals.

My wife and I stayed at this beautiful suite for 10 days. The view is incredible. The pool is refreshing and the bed was comfortable. What a gorgeous suite I would recommend this to anyone.

Santa Cruz Lofts are beautiful, clean, nice location, can get there with any car type, amazing host (Rosi), great views, cozy, great value and price. I have stayed in many houses and hotels in san juan, and I can highly recommend this one. really enjoyed it.

A really great place to stay at. Absolutely 5 stars. However, there are 3 things to note. 1. The mountain is really steep. You can already walk but halfway through your buttocks and calves burn a lot. 2. Replacement toilet paper rolls would have been great. 3. The apartment is only suitable for a couple or solo traveler. The room with the double beds is tiny.

Everything was great. Quick response from Rosi, batteries of the remote control were empty, wrote Rosi briefly, 10 minutes later the cleaning lady was already at the door with new ones. We liked it very much and are very satisfied. (no criticism just a note: the shower head in the lower bathroom should be replaced, unfortunately splashes in all directions) Regards

We had a lovely stay. The beds are super comfy. Here are some things to know: 1. There is no safe in the apartment. 2. Upon arrival, there is no bottle of water. We are told that the water is filtered and drinkable, but for those who prefer to avoid risks, it is better to bring or buy bottled water. 3. A washer-dryer is available for free and a laundry service is also available for a fee. 4. The slope to get to the apartment is very steep. If you have physical limitations, it can be a challenge. 5. The pool is always in the shade, there is no direct sun. 6. There are no curtains on the windows, but honestly that's not a problem. The sun does not enter directly and the view in the morning is really nice. I would rent this condo again without hesitation.

This place was beautiful. It is a loft and it’s limited in room otherwise it would be perfect for groups. This is a place for 2 or a single family. Do make sure to have a car with good suspension, preferably a truck as the hills are quite steep. It’s worth staying here for the pool and view across San Juan’s bay.

This was a lovely and peaceful place. To some extent, it is the right mix of isolation and accessibility. We enjoyed the walks on the beach, the restaurants and the visit to El Cristo. The sunrise views were breathtaking from the master bedroom. We will definitely be back.

Amazing view of San Juan Del Sur. We enjoyed the pool very much. The furniture was comfortable and we appreciated having AC for sleeping. It was close enough to town to be walkable, but far enough away to feel private and peaceful. The staff was amazing and helpful. We felt well taken care of in our home-away-from-home. Would be happy to stay here again.

This is becoming my favorite get away form the get away... Rosi is probably the best hostess I have had the pleasure working with. She thinks of everything and leaves the handiest binder full of valuable information and suggestions for all our guests. I've stayed here before and I will 100% stay here again. What a wonderful stay! We loved the space. The pool is fun as you just climb through the door of the living room and into the pool. Everything was neat, clean and modern. We recommend staying here and going into town for drinks, food and a great vibe.

Great place with a beautiful location and a view to die for! The host Rosi was super responsive and helpful. We had a great time using the (very clean) pool, the lovely rain showers and visiting the local beaches/restaurants which are very close to the house. They also had a couple of friendly and cute cats visiting everyday which was nice. We made the mistake of locking ourselves out once (our fault) and the security had us back inside quickly. Recommend this place 100%!

The view of San Juan Del Sur from the villa is stunning, particularly in the morning when the birds are chirping. The cleaning staff and pool cleaner are very friendly and did a great job. Rosi leaves an extremely helpful binder full of her favorite local restaurants, contact information for an in home masseuse and site laundry service, tips and activities to do in the area. The private pool area provide the perfect escape to soak in the sun during the day and star gaze at night.

Was honestly so much better than I could have imagined, no photos would have prepared me for the view or how nice the abnb was. 15/10

We had an amazing one month stay at Santa Cruz, Loft 4. The views are unbeatable and we found it quiet and very private. Rossi was a great host. She was always responsive and provided great local recommendations. Her book has many great suggestions. (Make sure to book the in-house massage). We highly recommend this location.

Loved our time here, perfect location. The hill is steep, we knew that going in to it and is a great way to get a workout in on vacation! We also rented a motorcycle and had no issues getting up the hill and feeling safe with it parked in the lot. The staff were very friendly and kept everything very clean. The view was incredible and being able to cool off in the pool was a huge bonus. Rosi was extremely professional and quick to answer any questions I had. The information binder in the house was very helpful with dining recommendations and local activities. Thank you! We look forward to coming back.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Santa Cruz apartments. The style of the place, the cleanliness, the amenities, and even the view from up the hill were all wonderful. I walked up and down that hill at least once a day for a month and I got in such great shape! It really is a beautiful spot and I would totally return.

Highly recommend staying at this place in San Juan Del Sur. Because of the location, it is far enough away from the party scene when you want to sleep but close enough when you want to get into town and have some fun. Also close enough to get to other beaches. The location is higher up which gives beautiful views but recommend a car or bike or use of cabs (owner provides info of drivers that she knows) to get up the hill unless you don’t mind a leg workout everyday. House is beautiful, and cleaner comes to help tidy every couple days which was a big help. Staff and host, very friendly. PS private pool was such an added plus!

Everything was Perfect!

We had a wonderful stay in SJDS! Town was a quick 15 minute walk away. As others have mentioned there is a steep hill which was just fine for us and our two daughters, age 10 and 21. We enjoyed drinks on the beach at sunset, breakfast at Ding Repair, and dinner at Ikal. Rosi was incredibly responsive before and during our stay. Upon request, she immediately connected us with locals for a boat day, surfing instruction, home chef, and a driver to and from Managua. It was an incredible stay and we will definitely be back!

We loved our stay in SJDS with Ross at the Santa Cruz Lofts and we would highly recommend this place. A few things to note: - The loft is as pictured and has incredible views of SJDS and the bay - Everything is very modern and comfortable - There is a large hill that you need to go up or down near the lofts to get to town, so be aware if you do not have a car. It is great exercise for those that are active. - Rosi and the team were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had as we had some minor maintenance items that were quickly addressed. Nothing that impacted our stay in any way negatively. - We loved the fact that you could have such a hyper-modern and tranquil place to stay that was also close to the local neighbourhoods so you can see how local people live. This is not a "bubble" development but is situated far enough away to be quiet. - We would absolutely stay here again if in SJDS!

We stayed in Rosi's place for a month and absolutely loved it. The view was stunning, and we loved the pool. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious, and the living room is very comfortable. The staff on the property were helpful and friendly, and Rosi was quick to assist us numerous times during our stay. The loft is close to town and it's easy to walk there during the day, the walk back up is a bit strenuous though - taxis are quick and easy and Rosi provides contact info for ones in town that are reliable. We recommend getting a car for your stay if you're hoping to explore nearby beaches or go to town at night. We work remotely, and the internet here was consistent enough for regular video calls. One thing to note is there are regular power outages in San Juan del Sur (not limited to Rosi's place, the entire town goes out) - if you plan to work here make sure you have a data plan to connect to and an external battery. We highly recommend this place for a long-term stay!

Worked remote had absolutely no problems. Great Internet, great environment, air conditioning works great. Great modern home in SJDS. The hill is steep, but if you’re athletic, you’re fine- very close to town! We had a truck to go surfing but walked at night to town for dinner. Very safe area, nice people everywhere.

This is the best place to stay in San Juan del sur. The pool we used everyday. The view never gets old, so beautiful. Everything is walkable but taxis love to over charge tourists. The walk up the hill is incredibly humbling lol, incredibly steep (the only downside). There are a lot of restaurants and near and if you want to travel to other beaches a lot of hostels have shuttle services for cheap! Would definitely stay here again. Rosi leaves a book of great recommendations for your stay we thoroughly enjoyed! Don’t think twice and book this beautiful place!

We took a $5 taxi up the hill every time we returned, so this place was a welcome respite on our long trip . The only thing is the bed could be softer . Thank you for hosting us, we will definitely return soon.

The loft was located hill side and not far from the main street from town. Great views of the bay and the Jesus statue. I’d recommend a rental car due to the hill being steep for walking back up, plus it allowed us time go to the other beaches in the area. We would stay here again!

Rosi’s place is INCREDIBLE!!! It is just like the pictures & the description & even better when you see the view & the pool. She had tons of extra linens & towels, a recommendation book, very clear instructions, it was super clean & had great security! This is definitely one of the BEST places I have ever stayed anywhere. We could not get enough of the view or the pool. There is a steep hill exactly as described & it’s SO worth the price!!! You could bring an entire family of 4 here. The view overlooks the entire bay & Jesus Cristina- way cool!!Thanks again Rosi for making San Juan deal Sur such a special experience!

Had a great time in San Juan. Great View, Private Pool, and nice space overall. The walk uphill in the dark was a little hard, but otherwise not too far from the main hub of things in San Juan.

It was absolutely beautiful and amazing. The only thing I wish I would have known ahead of time is that I should have had four wheel drive. The on sight staff was amazing. On the actually ended up staying in extra day. I would recommend this place a hundred times over again.

Had a great 3 weeks here. Very comfortable place as advertized. Spent soooo much time in the pool. Great view. Walkable and convenient to town. The much talked about hill coming back is real (when taxis fail to make it without a running start it is real), but overall was a good workout! Maybe a little easier if not in 100 degrees and 100% humidity. But seriously, I had a great time here. Host was great. Communicative and accomodating. Highly recommended.

WOW! If you are headed to San Juan del Sur, this is the place to be and stay! The hill up to the property and getting into the drive might be a bit scary the first time, it's totally 100% worth it! The views from the property (inside and out) are great. The pool was super nice after a long and hot day at the beach. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed our stay here for a few days. Rosi is a great host and answered all of my questions. Could not recommend this place more! BOOK IT!

It was our second month-long stay at this loft, and we returned because we loved it so much the first time! The private outdoor space is perfect for relaxation, and the pool is a fantastic perk, especially in the heat. The Wi-Fi was reliable, supporting two people working remotely without any issues. We had a motorcycle for transportation, but I wouldn't recommend this Airbnb if you don't have a vehicle due to the steep hill. Rosi was always available and responsive whenever we needed her assistance.

Great location very short walk into town, nice quiet area. Apartment is fantastic, everything you need for a longer stay. Fantastic spot.
