Excellent place. I loved the service!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this little house. The place was spotless and had all the amenities and utensils needed to make us feel at home. Everything is exactly as shown in the pictures. The location is excellent: it is far enough from downtown to enjoy tranquility, but not too far from the main attractions. Our hostess was exceptional. Her instructions were very clear from the start. She was always attentive, very friendly, and responded quickly to any questions. The beds are very comfortable, which made us rest wonderfully. I definitely recommend this place. We had an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for such a nice stay!

Excellent place if you want to be away from the noise of the city and close to nature. The place was impeccable, just as seen in the photos. It had everything needed, and the host was super friendly. Highly recommended!!!

Highly recommended, a very welcoming place.

I stayed with my daughter, and she slept as soundly as if she were at home… we felt comfortable in the room, starting with the precise instructions and the welcome doughnuts. I've marked it as a favorite for when I return to Matagalpa.

The Apante cottage and its host were excellent. My family and I felt right at home. We hope to return soon and recommend this place 100%. It's very clean, and Afritrion always answered our questions quickly and with great accuracy.

The place was impeccably clean, beautiful and peaceful. I went there with my partner and my parents and we all loved it. Mayela helped us procure a delivery service for breakfast as we wanted local foods and she and her son helped us selflessly when our car got stucked. We felt safe and comfortable. I would recommend to anyone wanting to experience the Nicaraguan highlands or to anyone who wants some peace and calm surrounded by nature not too far from the city center of Matagalpa, it's a great location.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Mayela’s place just outside Matagalpa! Mayela was welcoming and the home was impeccable. The kitchen had everything you’d need for meal prep and cooking, there was drinking water, and Mayela shared bowls of cut fruit and bananas. The home had a nice living room up two steps from the good-sized kitchen where we watched tv, read and did yoga. We also had a little private terrace in the back off the kitchen, which was so nice as the weather cooled at night or for coffee in the morning. Our truck fit in Mayela’s fenced parking space and we felt very safe in this quiet neighborhood! There were walking paths right out our door for the dogs and we were very close to Reserva Apante where we hiked and bird watched. We cannot recommend this airbnb enough!

The place is very nice and tidy. Maria Mayela is always making sure that everything is OK and is very friendly. 100% recommended.
