Great accommodation, beautiful, clean and as described. Ideal for large groups, with private bedrooms and bathrooms. Ideal location, a few minutes walk from the beach, grocery stores and restaurants, but located in a very quiet area. We saw howler monkeys from the property as soon as we arrived. Very responsive host, always ready to answer our questions. We would highly recommend the rental!

The place was just as shown in the photos - gorgeous. It is a very beautiful house and it was exceptionally nice to come home to after busy days out. The pool was very refreshing to cool down from the heat and a great place to hang out for our family of 9. Short walk into the town but felt very private. We had a couple of hiccups due to some heavy rains but the host was attentive to our issues. Loved our stay in such an amazing home.

The place is stunningly beautiful. The host is excellent, I recommend them 1000%, and I would stay at the same place again and again.

The house is beautiful und looks just like in the pictures. We liked the open concept and the large pool. The kitchen is large and it is no problem to cook for 7+ people. You can reach everything in town by foot, but it is far enough away from the busy main street to be quiet. There was a Sloth hanging around in a tree in the back. Giannis is agreat host and was very helpful and quick to respond.

Great stay! The house is exactly as the pictures show it. Great location, everything within walking distance. I can recommend it without hesitation.

Loannis (Giannis) was very friendly and kind and gave us a warm welcome . He was also very patient to wait for us to do a late check in so he could show us around the house and give us instructions. We were welcomed with a warm smile, coffee and beer :) The house is beautifully constructed and well maintained. Each bedroom has its own code , felt like hotel rooms but with a huge living room , kitchen , dance floor and pool. I loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom and shower. I loved the location of the villa less than 5 min walk to the beach and downtown yet on the end of the road and tucked away so it’s very peaceful in the house/neighbourhood . The architecture of the home is really beautiful . Giannis went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time. He was very responsive and gave us recommendations for best beaches , local music and restaurants. He is very friendly , my whole group had the best time . Thank you Giannis!! We will be back :)

Loannis’s place in Puerto Viejo was absolutely gorgeous! Truly like something out of a movie. I stayed here to celebrate my 30th birthday, and it could not have been a more perfect setting. The apartment was spacious, beautifully designed, and even more stunning in person than in the photos. The pool was clean, private, and such a relaxing spot to unwind during the day. Everything felt thoughtfully curated and well maintained. Loannis was also an incredible host. He recommended a private chef for my birthday dinner, and it made the entire celebration unforgettable. The dinner experience was amazing and such a special touch. If you’re looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and memorable place to stay in Puerto Viejo, this is it. I would absolutely stay here again.

Ioannis' villa is everything you want to end your trip through Costa Rica quietly. All the amenities you want are available and in addition everything is also clean and tidy upon arrival. The center of Puerto Viejo is a 5-minute walk away, and while the center is quite noisy, the villa is located in an area where complete peace and privacy are guaranteed. At sunrise and sunset, wildlife can even be spotted from the pool. Ioannis himself is also easily accessible and is willing to help you with all your questions. In short, everything you want!

The house is located just behind the town of Puerto Viejo, so it‘s quiet and private, but still in walking distance. The kitchen and lounge area is detached from the bedrooms and has an open air feeling. The pool is bigger than it looks in pictures. Everything was clean and Ioannis is very attentive

Beautiful house!!! Just like the photos, the house is large, clean and spacious, the living areas are perfect, the pool is clean and very good size Loannis was a great host, he was attentive to us at all times, he answered any questions we had, he gave us the best recommendations for eating! We would have loved to have spent more days to take advantage of the beautiful house, there is nothing bad to say, go! Enjoy the house, the food, everything! Recommended 10000%

We loved the place, the location is perfect because it is very close to downtown. The house is beautiful and super comfortable. In addition, the communication was very efficient and fast. We would definitely come back :)

My family of 6 had an amazing vacation. Ioannis was spectacular with his communications, always really quick to revert to me answering questions and providing suggestions and ideas for our vacation, really good. Ioannis's house is really top notch. Each of the 6 rooms has its own bathroom, shower & lock which is amazing for a family wanting their own space. The kitchen, dining, pool areas all really really amazing, stunning. The location of the house is also really great, close to Puerto Viejo (10-12 minute walk gets you within 80% of everything you'd want in the town), yet far enough away that its really quiet and peaceful. Couple very small things: the house could use a gas bbq & no laundry is a little bit inconvenient, however Ioannis very graciously had a cleaning lady do our laundry half way through the trip and we found a full service laundry lady nearby who did our laundry for us (wash, dry, press and fold overnight). 100% we'll stay again!! Thanks Ioannis!
