We had an absolutely wonderful stay and honestly could not have asked for a better experience in Costa Rica. We’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs over the years, and this is easily one of our top five. The house was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as it appeared in the pictures. There were no surprises — everything was just as advertised, and it was the perfect place for our family to relax and enjoy our time in Costa Rica. A huge part of what made this stay so special was Norma. She took care of anything we needed and prepared four incredible meals for us during our stay. Every meal was outstanding, but more than that, Norma was so warm, helpful, and welcoming that by the end of our trip, she genuinely felt like part of the family. Having her there added something really special to our Costa Rica experience. Kattya was also an exceptional host. The location was perfect and made it easy to explore Tamarindo. The Airbnb was comfortable for our stay.

I stayed here for my birthday trip, with seven of my friends. The home was BEAUTIFUL, looked exactly like the photos. The host was super responsive. Norma made delicious breakfast for us. Would recommend your family to stay here.

It was lovely and clean and very spacious. The beds were a little bit hard, but otherwise comfortable. It would’ve been nice to have a box of tissues, a roll of paper towels , coffee for the fancy coffee bar and perhaps some soap and or shower gel in the showers. Pretty much bear bones. The combination lock to the front door did not work. A little inconvenient, but nothing major. It was nice that there was a washer and a dryer. And perhaps asking for laundry detergent might be a bit much. But just little things like that would’ve made it feel more homey and less sterile. Overall lovely and great location. If we were staying for a week, I could understand purchasing coffee, facial tissues, etc…. etc. but for just two nights it wasn’t worth it so we went into town and discovered some very cute coffee shops.

A great place in walkable distance to many delicious restaurants and very close beach access. Would highly recommend!

Our stay at Kattya’s place was wonderful! It is a beautiful house, yard and pool. It was very easy to feel at home. Absolutely great place for kids to run around. The access to the Coco Bay Beach Club was a bonus that the family loved. Kattya was so wonderful with helping organize airport transportation and trips. She takes the time to call and answer any questions you may have and help where she can. Norma was there to greet us when we arrived and was so helpful throughout our stay. She cooked meals for us throughout our stay that were absolutely amazing. As other posts suggest, there is some traffic noise, but we knew that based on other posts. It is a great place to stay! Hearing the howler monkeys in the mornings was always exciting as well. We rented the golf cart for our time there and it was just what we needed for going into town and visiting Ocotal beach.

The unit was great, super location, walking distance to many restaurants and shops, comfortable beds, good AC, parking spot included. Had a few chairs, boogie boards and coolers also which was useful. Great place for a tamarindo holiday!

Our stay was absolutely 5-star from beginning to end. The accommodation itself is beautiful, well maintained, and made for such a relaxing stay. The outdoor showers were a really nice touch and added to the overall experience. Kattya was excellent with communication and made everything so easy from the moment we booked. She was incredibly helpful in organizing our trip and took so much stress off our shoulders by arranging transportation with Diego, which made getting around simple and seamless the entire time we were there.The golf carts were also such a great touch and made it super easy (and fun) to get around during our stay. A very special thank you to Norma, who truly made the experience exceptional. She was our cook and cleaner, and she was amazing. Every meal she prepared was absolutely delicious, and she was incredibly accommodating with timing and with whatever we wanted to eat. She always had everything ready exactly when we wanted it, and she prepared breakfast and dinner
