The apartment is in a gated community with guard. It overlooks the lake. The amenities are well thought out and kitchen and bathroom have all necessities. There is a common pool and it is a peaceful quiet place. Roxanne and the guard on the property were helpful.

An excellent place to relax with the family, with incredible views of the lake and a pool to enjoy. The accommodation is fully equipped with absolutely everything you need for cooking. Just keep in mind that it is far from downtown Granada and it is not possible to walk around the area.

We absolutely loved our stay! The lakefront location was breathtaking, with stunning views of Lake Granada that made the property feel peaceful and private. The landscaping was beautiful, and the décor was tasteful and welcoming—we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The beds and furniture were incredibly comfortable, and one of our favorite features was the large sliding doors in both the master bedroom and the living room, which opened up to spectacular views of the lake. At night, watching the moonlight reflect on the water while thunderclouds rolled across the sky was simply magical. It truly felt like we could almost touch the sky. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay. Roxanne was an excellent host and always responded quickly whenever we had a question. We enjoyed our stay so much that we wanted to book the property again on our way back from San Juan del Sur, but unfortunately it was already r

Perfect place to get away from routine. And with a beautiful view of the lake. The guy in charge of the place was very kind! And the local dogs Jorge and Charlie are sweethearts. We are hoping to return soon. Recommended full.

We loved this place! It was very clean, safe, spacious, and comfortable. The pool was excellent, and the private security staff was friendly and helpful. Without a doubt, if we ever return to Granada, this would be the perfect place to stay again.
