Valentina is the best host I have ever used! Very knowledgeable Everything was just as she said I will be staying here evertime I come to cancun 3 to 4 times per year! Awesome host! Thank you Valentina

We had the most wonderful, relaxing stay! With a family of 8, there was plenty of room for all with 3 comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms (with awesome showers), 3 balcony areas and the kitchen/dining/living room. We enjoy cooking for part of our meals and the kitchen was very well supplied with everything we needed to cook and serve. The view and sounds of the beach/ocean were priceless, and the beach access was peaceful and not crowded, along with the pool area. The restaurant option onsite had excellent service and food, and the apartment was within walking distance of great restaurants, shopping (including a grocery store) and entertainment, as well as a bus stop right at the street access. Great host! We will definitely stay here again!

Valentina’s place is amazing! Great location, lots to do within walking distance. The view from the balcony was breath taking. The beach was peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed ourselves so much. Would definitely book again! Thank you for sharing your awesome place with us! We loved it!

It's a good place to have a happy holidays. It is in the heart of the hotel zone, which allows you to easily go wherever you want. Restaurants are expensive for their level but you can always find something outside.

Place was great. Very peaceful. Restaurant and bar on premises. Beach was manicured daily. Pool was nice. Close to everything

Spectacular view! Unbeatable! Very convenient location— beachfront; bus stop right outside. Easy communication: Valentina replies messages in minutes. Abundant supplies.

Great location but that’s about it. 2/5 overall ONLY because of location. Black mold in the master bath, and smell of mildew throughout. Check in was 3pm, arrived 3:05 and wasn’t let in until 4. Waited an hour outside getting looks from hotel staff as we waited in the Cancun summer heat. Door had a code so don’t understand why we couldn’t be given the code instead of waiting. Fridge doesn’t work. Asked for additional towels and question about the beach towel system - no further reply from host rest of the stay about either question. Had to re use same towels entire stay. Won’t be staying here ever again.

Dear Gilberto, I’m so sorry the condo didn’t reach your expectations. About the waiting for check in, I apologized because Mary who had the keys had an unexpected accident, and I sent another person to help last minute. You were waiting in the reception area (as any other guest would) and about the summer heat I can’t change Cancun’s weather. There were beach towels in the condo that you could easily exchange when ever you wanted in the pool area for new ones. So sorry if you had a bad experience this has never happen before. If I had known this before, I would have happily change or do my best to make your stay better. Best, Valentina

The villa has best location within the Kin Ha complex. The place is safe, clean, comfortable and has good air conditioning. It has a well-equipped full kitchen. The local beach is one of the best in Cancun, especially for children.

Perfect location, very large comfortable apartment - overall we were very happy. There was a launderette 3 mins walk away and we used the housekeeping service, which was excellent.
