I came to Cabo for my birthday and wanted to be close to restaurants and the boardwalk. Very walkable area and the condo looked just like the pictures. Clean, roomy, and good water pressure. If it was cooler we would have used the Jacuzzi. Perfect for 2 couples.

I had the pleasure of staying at this amazing Airbnb in the heart of the marina. The location couldn't have been more perfect, offering walking access to everything you could want in Cabo - from fantastic restaurants to vibrant beach clubs, all just a short stroll away. The apartment itself was absolutely incredible, providing comfort and modern style that made my stay truly unforgettable. As someone who frequents Mexico, I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Cabo!

If you’re in Cabo and not looking to pay resort prices I highly recommend Richard’s listing. It is located on top of the mall which has a grocery store so multiple trips to the store daily is not an issue. It’s located on the marina so there’s always something to do and just a short walk to the beach. If you are looking for a vacation but also plan to cook a few meals yourself and really use the Airbnb as a home away from home this is the spot for you. Security is always walking around so it always felt extremely safe as well. There’s someone always at the front desk available to help if you need anything but Richard and his team are extremely responsive.

The pictures does this property no justice! From the location & exterior of the building, to the modern decor, and fully stocked unit, everything was perfect. The concierge helped coordinate transportation prior to our arrival so that was a plus! Renée assisted with the checkin process and walkthrough of the unit and was a pleasure to work with. Richard checked in various times throughout the trip to offer any assistance which was greatly appreciated. Overall, I give the property, the host, and the concierge a 10/10.

This place is amazing. Great location, and spotless clean. The communication with Richard was great and he made sure that our questions were answered almost immediately. I would definitely recommend this place and would come back!

Stunning condo! It’s was home away from home. We stayed for 9 nights and didn’t want to leave. It is incredibly private, every once of the entire place, making it very comfortable. The location is in the heart of the marina but has high security so no one can get up to the condos without the key card for the elevator. Incredibly quiet also. Great walkability. Beach is just a few min walk away. Everything you need in the kitchen to cook and a grocery store right in the mall below. Grill available as well. The concierge was incredible, highly recommend using them to organize transportation to ans from the airport; they will even pick up groceries and have them available for your arrival!

This place is right @ the Marina so very convenient for walking around and to beach. The gym was nice and had AC. The rooftop hotub was awesome and we watched the fireworks NYE. All the amenities you could need to cook/stay. Grocery store is in the building on the lower level and Wal-Mart across the street. Must visit Casa Valentina (take uber 5 min drive away) for dinner - great food, same with Kauil (20 min walk along Marina). One thing to note is the apartment is right next to a club so Friday and Saturday nights you will hear the club until about 3 AM - bring ear plugs.

Excellent location, impeccable apartment, spacious, and fuctional.

We loved the priate rooftop hot tub. Even though located in a mall and in a very busy area -- restaurant, shops, marina, mall -- we never hear noise at night. We also loved returning home to the peaceful feeling of the condo after long active days. Even though in the midst of extreme activity, we also felt safe, quiet peaceful when inside. everything you could possibly need at your fingertips.

This condo was perfect! In the heart of the marina! Everything was at our reach food water taxis store with English tellers. The rooftop was a morning routine for our family we had our coffee and a dip in the jacuzzi. We hosted family dinner on the side patio where we grilled up steaks on the grill! Late night dessert at the many shops. Nightlife and family time all in on destination. Close to lovers beach and a small ride to San Jose’s Art district! Loved every minute comfortable for my family of five. The best part the window wall opens up to an outdoor indoor living area super modern loved it!
