- The house has no walls, and there is an alley to go out to the main street, with 4 teenage girls you can't leave them alone in the pool. - Room 4 is a service room, with a bunk bed, not with two beds as the description said, super small and uncomfortable, with a strong smell of mold. We didn't stay because we had no choice for the dates, but if we had known, we wouldn't have rented. - We stayed 4 days, 3 nights, 9 people and they only gave us 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet, with few sheets (because it was cheap). After the first 7 hours we had to buy more, because they told us that they didn't have any more, even though we had paid for 3 nights. - The caregiver enters without warning, with teenagers and girls in the house, this should not be done. - In the description they should warn that it is not a house for the elderly, people with disabilities and children under 8 years of age because of all the stairs that have to be climbed and descended.

La casa es bastante abierta con vistas al ocĂ©ano y a la naturaleza. La seguridad de nuestros clientes es importante y por eso Bayardo mi cuidador esta pendiente para lo que se necesite. En la pagina de mi casa se describen los cuartos y el cuarto # 4 es pequeño y si tiene un camarote (son dos camas) y duermen dos. Es obvio que agua para tomar, papel higiĂ©nico , etc se proporcionan para la llegada de los clientes, no para todos los dĂas que estĂĄn en la casa. Por ultimo, el tratar con respeto a todo el mundo, incluso empleados es algo que se aprende en el hogar y desgraciadamente creo que no les enseñaron bien. Saludos

The view is incredible , everything is as seen in the photo , it is not very safe to go with children through so many stairs without railings . The caretaker is always attentive but also on several occasions he was found inside the house when he returned

Casa California in San Juan del Sur is an absolute gem. The property is stunning, with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff (Petrona and her husband) is friendly and accommodating, making sure every need is met. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-appointed.

Excellent place. My second time at home California and everything clean and tidy. Richard is very friendly and responds quickly to messages. Don Bayardo's hospitality was excellent.

Like positive points: The view is beautiful! The pool is great, and the foosball and table at Ping Pong entertains a lot The location is very good, as it is close to downtown and in turn is a private place Very friendly and accessible with good communication, we appreciate the stay. As points to note If you are looking for something related to the internet, contract it on your own since the wifi is not good, to the owner I suggest a stronger router so that the signal reaches the entire house, still the megas are very few. The house is beautiful but I do not recommend it for children or for older adults since having 3 floors there are a lot of stairs, less if they think to have drinks đ Not pet friendly so we leave pets at home đ„Č And the detail of paying the electricity is always negative but we saw that there is a lot in Nicaragua We found it a little expensive compared to other options that we couldn't get by booking late but in general it was good. đđŒ

We felt at home, the spectacular place with a great view, the pool in great condition, and an ocean and Christ view. Perfect for anyone who wants to go by and create family moments. We recommend it and without thinking we would rent this beautiful house again.
