The house is great for large families. It was very clean and very spacious. The area is private and very quiet. I didn't like the many steps to check in, the contract, the many rules, etc. Everything else was very good.

A fantastic place, easy to access, with clear and simple instructions. The luxury room exceeded my expectations, everything matched the photos posted perfectly. The pool was the best: with a perfect temperature that invites you to relax at any time. Undoubtedly, every time I return to Playa, this will always be my first choice. Highly recommended!

Lovely home! Great spot for a large group. Slept my whole friend group very comfortably. And the pool and yard in the back are to die for. 10/10 would recommend!

The location is very close to Fifth Avenue, the house is very nice. The place is very safe, very close to the ferry and the beach. The hosts are excellent, Judith and Dany. When we needed something, they responded instantly. I would say that in this house, to be comfortable each in beds would be for at least 10 people since the others sleep in trundle beds and we were a group of 14 adults over 60 years old. The residential complex is beautiful, the house has a very good swimming pool and the house is also very well equipped, the A/C works perfectly as well as the internet and we really didn't have time to use the TV At night you can't hear any noise, everything is very quiet. And there's a lot of security, since they left me shopping packages in the hallway of the house I highly recommend it

5 Stars – A Perfect Easter Getaway! Kimberly’s Place was everything we hoped for and more during our annual Easter family vacation. We were a large group—over 20 people including kids—and Kimberly was incredibly welcoming and accommodating from the start. The staff was friendly, responsive, and made us feel right at home. The location is unbeatable! The beach is close by, and we loved being walking distance to restaurants, a mall, and the famous 5th Avenue. It was perfect for both the adults and the kids in our group. The home itself is beautiful, peaceful, and spacious with an amazing view. It truly felt like a relaxing escape. I have absolutely no complaints and will definitely book again. Even if I come back just with my immediate family, I know this will be the perfect spot for a quick, peaceful getaway. Thank you, Kimberly, for a memorable Easter stay! Corina

the main house is very nice and spacious while the other two not so much,a couple had to sleep in the living room and this was a little uncomfortable,we had some maintenance details but nothing serious. otherwise everything was fine

I took the family here for a weekend beach stay. Amazing location! Mere steps away from Playacar beach. The hosts were very responsive and our local contacts made sure any questions we had were answered as quickly as possible. If you're looking for a nice quiet beach stay this is the place. Easily walkable to the more lively section of town if you want to hit the restaurants, clubs or another beach. Referrals for restaurants and grocery services from the host were great add ons to the experience.
