One of my favorite parts of traveling is finding those places that just feel like home… and this was definitely one of them. What an amazing find!!! The location was perfect—close enough to everything we wanted to do, but tucked away just enough that it felt peaceful. Every day there was something new to see. Between the tropical birds, iguanas, and all the wildlife wandering around, it never got old. I found myself slowing down and actually taking it all in. And then there’s Miguel. If every Airbnb had a Miguel, the travel industry would be unstoppable. From the moment we arrived, he treated us like family and made sure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely loves taking care of people, and it showed in every interaction. The beautiful scenery is what catches your attention, but it’s the people who make you want to come back. This is one of those places I’ll be recommending without hesitation.

I spent five days here with two families and young children (ages 1.5, 4, 7), and it truly felt like a magical getaway. The house is spacious, beautifully laid out, and so comfortable that we barely needed or wanted to leave. With the beach just steps away, a great pool overlooking the ocean, and several inviting lounge areas and outdoor spaces, there was always a perfect spot to relax at any time of day. Montserrat was incredibly helpful, knowledgable and extremely communicative. Best of all connecting us with a local chef, Jesús Manuel Martínez. We chose to have him prepare a few meals during our stay, and it ended up being such a great addition. He created thoughtful, customized menus and was very accommodating, including making simple, kid-friendly options when needed. It made things easy and let us fully unwind and enjoy our time together. I’d definitely recommend considering him for a meal or two. It added a nice touch to an already wonderful stay without feeling over the top.

Our stay in Mexico was spectacular and the perfect fit for our group of three families. The house is stunning. Spacious enough that we never felt cramped, with beautiful outdoor areas that quickly became our favorite spots to gather. The kids lived in the pool, and the nearby beach was pristine, quiet, and uncrowded. One of our best decisions was hiring Chef Jesus, recommended by our host, Montserrat. He prepared incredible breakfasts, lunches, and dinners for three days, taking all the stress out of meal planning for a large group. Montserrat was also incredibly helpful with local insights; she even guided us to the perfect spot to find a delicious Tres Leches cake for my son’s 6th birthday. Between the beautiful setting, the amazing food, and the host's hospitality, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We'll definitely be back!

We were a 3 generation group of 11. Like most airbnb's, Montserrat's beautiful beachfront home had a few small annoyances that at the moment seemed like issues that could take the bloom off the rose; a door hinge failed and needed to be repaired, the filtered water needed a new bottle, another door panel was removed by my 2 year Granddaughter. However, a text to the concierge, Miguel, quickly remedied such "disasters". The 2 restaurants, located in the Belmond Resort next door, a short walk through meticulously maintained grounds, were exquisite and delicious. Should you be fortunate enough to visit this oasis in the jungle, on the beach, please keep in mind: one resupply of toilet paper is included, so when you shop, buy some. Miguel will bring water, but have cash to reimburse him. The main takeaway is that this special property and this special section of Mexican beach is like a dream. So much so, that if there were any other concerns, I've forgotten them.

We were a group of thirteen people celebrating a 30th birthday. Montserrat helped us to make it extra special. She recommended us a chef, Jesus Martinez, that we had full time and it was one of the best decisions we made for the celebration. He provided everything for every meal and he was in full charge of the kitchen and dinning area. Montserrat had all the extras we requested/paid for in the house when we arrived. We were short in shampoos and conditioners in all the bathrooms and she sent his assistant, Miguel, to buy them and brought them immediately. Miguel, provided bicycles The house is wonderful inside and outside. The rooms are all amazing. The location is unbeatable. We can't say enough of this house.

Honest opinion 9/10 Location 10/10 House equipment 8/10 Ease 10/10 Beach 100/10 It's an amazing house with 5 very spacious bedrooms, in front of a beautiful beach and a spectacular pool Some things to improve Better house equipment, hammocks or board games Beds, some beds are 1.40m and for 2 adults it is small, also if there are more than 10 people you will not find more beds although it is solved with mattresses I recommend it for up to 10 people, it's perfect

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning beach house with breathtaking ocean views and a refreshing pool. The room was not only beautifully appointed but also incredibly private, providing the perfect peaceful escape. Miguel, the attentive host, went above and beyond to ensure that all of our needs were met, making our stay even more enjoyable. This beach house is without a doubt a wonderful place to unwind, relax, and create lasting family memories. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a tranquil and luxurious getaway.

One-of-a-kind beautifully designed rustic house on a fantastic beach. The house is located within a hotel compound which complicates access and expects guests of the house to conform to hotel rules/expectations -which is not what one expects when renting a villa. The house is somewhat dated as are is the furniture and appliances. The living room is off limits for guests which is weird given one is supposed to rent the entire place.
