Everything worked fine,beds were comfortable, AC worked well. In general we were satisfied. Parking was a little tight.Close to a little convenience store and pizza place.Close to things we wanted to see and do.

This space was very organized, felt very safe. The host was available and easy to communicate with.

I communicated with Ruslan (one of the two hosts) during my stay. First of all, Ruslan rescued me with this booking when my previously booked apartment suddenly flooded around 1am. He responded right away and provided the unit and lockbox number so I could get all my belongings to safety. I appreciated this so much!! Ruslan was very quick to respond any other time I reached out as well. A+ host! The apartment itself was just as described. The bed was so comfortable (I only used the master bedroom), the kitchen had everything i needed to cook my own meals. Lots of closet space, AC units in every room. My stay was top notch :) The gated apartment complex has a lovely pool, where i tanned and swam every day. it's easy to find, and i got a FAB massage right next door. It's a 15 min walk to the main strip so it's easy to walk but a much quieter area. I felt safe and well taken care of. thanks so much, Ruslan!

A very nice place, excellent location, super quiet

A very clean and tidy accommodation, with restaurants nearby, the beach a few steps away and without a doubt Ravil is a very respectful and friendly host, I will definitely return to his accommodation, Pura Vida.

Anfritriao was flexible we were able to enter before the agreed. The space met the need, but a bit small for 4 adults. It has a good outdoor area for leisure.

Ravil is an amazing host and very attentive, the place is great and in a very good location, definitely will go back there:)

We had a lovely month at this condo, true to the photos. Parking always available in our case and very useful and safe. We had nice encounters at the pool, which was a big plus 🙂 Everything was perfect!

Cocomarindo is a lovely gated community with excellent security and an amazing pool. Landscaping and pool maintenance is in evidence everyday keeping the grounds immaculate and beautiful and pool clean and sparkling. Ravil is the best host and so responsive. The unit is extremely clean and everything in working order. If there was an issue Ravil resolved it asap. (For example the toaster blew and he showed up the next day with a replacement!). The location of the condo is near the road, which can be noisy but we were not bothered while inside the condo which had AC in every room. It can get pretty hot on the balcony in the afternoon, so Ravil put up a curtain across to block the direct sun and this helped. We couldn't have asked for a better host. Pura Vida!

Ravil was a great host, and was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We had not stayed in Costa Rica at an air bnb before and didn’t know how to figure out locations or addresses to book transportation. Ravil gave us clear directions so we had no problems finding the place. The community is gated and secure. The security guards were very helpful and always attentive. The condo and all the amenities were so thoughtful and felt just like a home. It was nice to have chairs for the pool, a kettle for tea and an iron and hairdryer if we needed to use them. The beds were comfortable and the A/C worked great. The gardens and pool area were beautiful. The condo was close to the beach and a short walk from the main road and shops.

This is a larger complex but has a community feel. Many units are leased for the entire winter. Units are clean and there are some restaurants nearby and shopping 1/2 KM away. Ravil is very attentive and helpful. Excellent facility, close to the beach.

Our family loved our stay in Cocomarindo! The pool was huge, and had many different areas, including a sloped entry area that was perfect for young children. Even though there were usually people in the pool, it never felt crowded. It was also only a short walk to the beach, with nice sand and gentle waves. The condo is close to the front of the complex and we found being off of the parking lot handy for unloading/loading the car, as we saw many people having to used trolleys to bring their items to units further in. The parking lot is small (and the spaces are tight), but we were always able to get a spot inside the gate when we arrived back before sunset. There were a few small issues when we first arrived and Ravil responded quickly and stopped by early the next morning to take care of things. Ravil was extremely friendly, provided clear instructions ahead of our stay, and it’s clear he cares about guests having a great stay at his condo. We would definitely stay here again!

a perfect place we feel at home. The pool is huge, everything is nearby. You can walk there is a bakery, the coconut beach is super close by. The supermarket that is outside has excellent prices. I would say that just like in San José, all the amenities for a pleasant stay, in a car you can go to someone who is about 10 minutes away or to the beautiful beach that is about 15 minutes away, it was definitely worth each paid colon, definitely wanting to come back, go without fear, it is worth it.

Good place, quiet and comfortable

Nice apartment in safe condo complex. Unit had everything as described and pictured. Host was responsive and allowed us to store our bags for a few hours before check-in time. The pool in the complex is nice - there aren't loungers and pool chairs, but the apartment had outdoor chairs that were easy enough to carry to the pool for a few hours. The beach is a short walk away, and again the apartment had some beach chairs in the closet that were perfect to carry to the beach. We found the beach to be good swimming, very calm water. The location is a 15 minute walk into the "downtown" area with restaurants and stores - the walk on the roads is a bit hot and dusty, walking on the beach was preferable. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Ravil's place was great for our stay in Playa del Coco. The kids loved the pool and the beds were comfortable. Ravil is very responsive and answered all questions immediately.

great place and hospitality

great place for the price. close walk to the beach (5 min). main strip for bars and restaurants 15 min walk. pool was awesome. felt very safe walking home at night but we weren't out very late. security at gate was a plus! kitchen is small but had all the cooking necessities. bring any spices etc you'll need only salt and pepper provided. bed comfy good air and plenty of towels and toilet paper for the week.

Exc location and pool

This was a perfect place to stay on my birthday trip to Costa Rica it was very close to Coco beach and the ATV tour we did was down the street. Very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The pool also was great in the community.

The place was very clean and private and comfortable place is a private and comfortable place. The kitchen is well equipped and the rooms comfortable. The parking lot is small but if I would not be guarded in front of the guard's booth. Recommended!

We just spent three weeks at Ravils place and we miss it already! The pool and the proximity to the beach were fabulous. Playa del coco is such a great walkable town with friendly locals and lots to do. The place was clean, having access to laundry machines was amazing, and the security guard was very kind. We felt right at home and it was the perfect base camp for all our adventures. Ravil was very kind and helpful and we appreciated everything he did to make our stay so amazing!

Ravil was very attentive, the place accommodates everything it offers, very central and safe and the pool is very nice.

The place was equipped with everything, super clean and clean. The A/C's worked perfectly. Close to Playa El Cocal, with many restaurants where you can have a good time. It is located within a fenced residential area. Ravil is very attentive and helped us with an issue that was presented to us (which is not related to the accommodation). After a day at the beach there is nothing like a dip in the pool. I think the location is strategic. From there we went to La Leona, Playa Conchal and Tamarindo, in addition to Playa El Cocal itself.

The photos don't look good at the resort in general. The apartment is super equipped with everything, more than what you usually expect. Easily one of the best Air B&Bs we have stayed around the world. Ravill is super attentive to everything, but it's not so necessary because all the instructions are very clear.

We loved our stay at Ravil’s place. We stayed from January 22 to March 25. It was clean and comfortable. The balcony was nice to sit on especially in the early morning to enjoy a cup of coffee or in the evening to enjoy a night cap before bed. It was close to the beach and a 10 minute walk to town. The grounds at Cocomarindo are immaculately kept. The property was very beautiful with lush flowering shrubs, various species of mature palm trees that surrounds a huge pool. Cocomarindo was a safe place with an on duty guard with a controlled entrance. We met so many new friends that we will definitely connect with in the future. It was a wonderful community to be a part of for 2 months. Ravil was a very attentive and gracious host. He catered to all of our needs. He was quick to respond to our texts. He even picked us up at the airport. We very much enjoyed our stay at Ravil’s place and would recommend it to anyone.
