Super value for your money. It's not intended to be a new apartment, but it's well built and well laid out. Very comfortable beds and good quality glassware, which is always appreciated for a glass of wine. Dulce, who cleans, has a very nice attitude, and the owner is super attentive and kind. The apartment is VERY comfortable because it's the one closest to the pools, reception, and everything, so we would definitely come back.

I spent a few days with my family to celebrate my dad's birthday! Best location possible, beach, pool, top apartment. Although there were 8 of us, we felt comfortable with the space, it is spacious. We also hired Mrs. Oralia's service to prepare the food for us, which elevated our experience! We didn't need to leave the residences. We had a great time, we didn't want to check out.

An excellent place to go to rest as a family, you just have to take into account the additional expenses so that you don't have any problems. Those expenses are not representative.

I highly recommend Juan Carlos' apartment. Obviously, after the hurricane a couple of years ago, it's hard to find a beachfront apartment with impeccable furniture and facilities, but this one has everything you need to spend a few very comfortable days. The bedrooms are spacious. The unbeatable location and the very clean pools and beach working 100%. I read some reviews before my reservation with complaints about the management, but in my case everything was perfect because Juan Carlos clearly explained all the extra charges that must be covered (security deposit, wristbands, beach furniture, etc.). And if you comply with the regulations of both the condominium and the apartment, everything works perfectly. It has covered parking, which is super important and unique in Acapulco. And best of all is the attention of Mrs. Oralia. If you pay for this service, she takes care of the breakfasts and meals, which, by the way, are exquisite.
