Our stay at Zen Garden was excellent. The house is very comfortable and spacious, ideal for large groups or families. It has five very well equipped rooms, with comfortable beds and everything you need for a pleasant stay. One of the spaces we enjoyed the most was the terrace and the dining room, perfect for sharing with family or friends. There is a TV on the terrace that we hooked up to a speaker, and we spent an incredible night with barbecues, the pool and karaoke. It was definitely one of the best moments of the trip. There were 12 of us staying, and we were very comfortable, although we think the house can perfectly accommodate up to 15 people without feeling crowded. The house is not oceanfront, but the beach is very close, so access is quick and convenient. It's definitely a place we recommend and would gladly return to.

I loved staying at Gill's place! We were a big group and she was very flexible with our needs. I liked that every room has their own bathroom and it's private. It has a great shared space for big groups and the pool was very clean

I have been to many airbnbs in many different countries and this place stands out the most. Gil was an amazing host. He answered questions when we needed help, went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed and provided extra ammentities when we asked. The house was huge, had enough space for all of us, three kitchens in the house, beautiful views and a wonderful pool. We found that you could easily stay in, go out, etc. and the house had everything you needed. The pool was amazing, and there was plenty of space for all of us to hang out and be comfortable. We loved the neighborhood, no its not a gleaming nice neighborhood, but the neighbors were so kind! Everyone around us was so friendly, accepting, and wanted to interact with us. We had never been to nicaragua and they made sure that we felt right at home. I couldnt reccomend this place more!

Very nice and spacious beach house, it was just what my family and I were looking for. Gill always responds to messages quickly and kindly. Everything was perfect, the village of Sj is very close, the house had everything you needed to have a good time. We will definitely be staying at Gill's house again!

Love the place, was exact as the pictures! The communication with gill and the representative after check in was great replay within minutos definitely will love to come back!

The house was gorgeous. It was peaceful, clean and the host was very communicative. The attention to detail is important to the host and it shows. The only sucky thing was despite being VERY conscious about the electricity and only had the A/C on while sleeping, we went over $16 US. Other than that, it was exactly what my family needed and wanted. Thank you Gill :) you have a beautiful house and it felt like home away from home.

IMPORTANT TO READ: The description says: excessive consumption will be charged if more than 35 kwh is used. But they don't say that the appliances, the water pump, the pool maintenance are included in the customer's consumption, which the house should include in the rental service. To enter the pool you have to shower, and there are no showers outside. You have to leave the room wet and risk slipping because the floor is slippery when it gets wet and there is nothing rubber near the pool. The air was gushing water in one of the rooms. The description says there were hammocks in the house, but there aren't any (this isn't important, but if you don't offer something, don't mention it in the description).

Sobre la electricidad, incluimos un límite diario como práctica común para promover el uso responsable y compartido del costo en caso de alto consumo, aunque tomamos nota para aclarar mejor qué se incluye. Las hamacas sí existen, pero las retiramos temporalmente por sugerencia de otros huéspedes; debimos dejar esa decisión a cada quien. Respecto al aire, en cuanto nos dimos cuenta que uno tenia problema enviamos a un técnico para resolverlo. Lamentablemente no nos enteramos de esto hasta cuando te ibas. Estamos comprometidos a resolver cualquier problema rápidamente. Agradecemos también tu sugerencia sobre las duchas cerca de la piscina y la tomaremos en cuenta para futuras mejoras. Tu opinión es valiosa y seguiremos trabajando para brindar la mejor experiencia posible.

Everything was very good with the host, he saved me unnecessary expenses with his recommendations when making the reservation. Rafael welcomed us, he was excellent, he was always attentive to answer any questions we had and to offer help with anything. The only bad thing was that the energy use was exceeded, I think the limit of 35kwh for 10 guests is very low. In any case, everything was excellent, they saved us since another host canceled another reservation at the last minute, thank you for everything, highly recommended!
