Very nice, very tidy, clean and comfortable. They are very responsive when you contact them, which creates a lot of trust. Very quiet area. The accommodation was as shown in the photos. The place is very pleasant and family-friendly, and the best thing is the pool. It is well designed so that children can spend the whole day enjoying it. The rooms are well equipped with beds and A/C in excellent condition. If I were to choose the place again for future activities with family and friends, I would do it without thinking. Excellent experience.

I liked the spaciousness of the place. The whole group was able to sleep comfortably, and the air conditioning works great. It has everything you need and is strategically located in front of the beach. I would definitely go there again

David's place was great. The rooms all had AC and enough beds to accommodate our large family. He was super friendly and flexible with us. The pools are big and clean. There are minor details here and there, but we let David know about these observations while we were there, none of which were deal breakers. The ranch has enough spaces to be around, multiple bungalows, including one at the front of the beach, it was very peaceful to watch the sunsets from there. The location is great, near restaurants and smalls shops to buy groceries and food if you want to. I would love to visit this place again with my family.

The ranch is beautiful, spacious, and perfect for spending quality time with family. We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed ourselves. The host was always very accommodating, friendly, and easy to communicate with. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a great stay at this beachfront ranch. The place was very pleasant, relaxing, and perfect for enjoying the beach. The host and the staff were very attentive and always made sure we had everything we needed. David was especially responsive and easy to communicate with, which made our stay even better. I was looking for something clean and simple that accommodated a big group. The space was pristine. It had AC and a really strong wifi. The caretaker Yesse was on point with getting us everything we needed. Just ask her and she will deliver. The pool and grounds were just as described. The access to the beach was the best part. We had access to store fronts and food on all sides. It was centrally located which is a huge plus. 10/10 for me

David went above and beyond our expectations. check in and out was extremely easy, he was flexible and understanding. Yesse the groundskeeper was amazing and attentive, the ranch was great, very spacious, Air conditioning and bathrooms in every room, pools were clean everything was amazing. I will 100% recommend David's beachouse, definitely a place to stay more than 1 nights. also the restaurant next door Mar a Mar was amazing and she even brought the food to us. 0 complaints, everyone in the neighborhood and stores nearby are also amazing. Will definitely be back when we're back in El Salvador! if you're thinking about booking, just do it!

A friendly host who is always available to help. The place is spacious and on the beach shore. There are hammocks and pools to relax and the view of the ocean is very nice.
