We were initially given the wrong WiFi password, and even after it was corrected the WiFi remained unusable in the master bedroom. We waited over two hours for a technician who said he would return but never did, which disrupted our plans during a very short stay. The WiFi was eventually fixed. The “hot tub” is not heated and functions as part of the pool system, so it is effectively not a hot tub. This was not addressed. The view is lovely, but the unit sits above a busy highway with constant traffic noise that significantly affects the experience. There are small insects in the kitchen, so food cannot be left out. The host was apologetic about the issues we reported, but we were not able to reach a reasonable resolution. After checkout, we were unexpectedly accused of having taken internet equipment, which we did not. Overall, given the issues and how they were handled, our stay was disappointing and we would not return.

We loved staying here. The place is super nice, very clean, and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It feels very cozy from the moment you arrive. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay with an amazing view (pictures don’t do it justice), beautiful modern home, responsive host, and gated community. We would definitely book this in the future if it’s available!

Such a stunning view with the surrounding windows! The freeway traffic noise is a bit to deal with, but close and easy access to groceries and downtown Cabo San Lucas or back out to San Jose del Cabo.
