We had an excellent stay at Señor Rodrigo's Adventure House. We are a large family and the facilities and layout of the property allowed us to feel comfortable, safe, private and with multiple facilities, which made our stay a special moment. The complex has multiple pools, is fully accessible, pet friendly and has everything you need to enjoy and at the same time rest. Mr. Rodrigo is excellent, attentive, accessible at all times and kept communication clear and precise. We will definitely come back and recommend the place!

We had a pleasant stay at this property. Although we didn’t visit the beach and can’t comment on it, we did spend time at three of the pools within the village. The main pool, designed to resemble a beach, has a structural issue—one of my nephews accidentally stepped into a gap between the pool and the drainage area. I would recommend adding a cover or barrier to prevent similar incidents in the future. Rodrigo was an excellent host—very attentive and accommodating. He kindly allowed us a late checkout, which we greatly appreciated.

The site did not have towels, shampoo sheets, mop soap or hot water. I think the publication should say everything that should be filled, they indicate that the flat must be left clean (there is no Clorox or disinfectant) and the dishes clean and there was no soap (I had to buy), the environment is boring, I think that not many people live in the area for the size of the same. The communication with the host was good but it does not resolve any of the requests because it indicates that there is no towels sheets and so on; I paid for 2 days almost 900 and it tells me that to include this I would have to raise the price, first airbnb to which I do not indicate that there are no things or are needed for the high price of it, we were 2 families and for us all we had to go through the rooms and surround the house because it is not all together but it has 2 quarters outside (this is also not indicated in the description), for the price it must be included and put details such as coffee shampoo and so on

Estimada Jennesy, Te pido que seas honesta acerca de lo que incluye y que no incluye, como te mencionĂ© la propiedad no posee toallas ni accesorios de aseo personal, y si lo encontraba en el anuncio te ofrecĂ hacerle un reembolso del 100%. Respecto a sábanas y jabĂłn de fregar, me apena saber que lo publiques, porque estás faltando a la verdad. Respecto a los pisos limpios, nuevamente veo una verdad a medias, simplemente les comuniquĂ© que hagan un barrido por encima ya que no cobramos cargo de limpieza, eso era todo, la mayorĂa de mis huĂ©spedes me ofrecen dejar la propiedad tal como la encontraron. Lamento que la propiedad no fue de su satisfacciĂłn pero le aclaro nuevamente que todo lo que ofrecemos en amenidades están formalmente descritas, y como propietario y administrador es primera vez que recibimos un reclamo sin fundamento, que lo elevarĂ© a AirBnb. Le sugiero antes de reservar lea todas las amenidades que incluye cada propiedad y evitar publicar falsedades. Atte Rodrigo Castro
My family and I were very happy; since, the place is very nice, private and with beautiful pools. The pools were super clean and with variety for all sizes. The facilities are very nice and very homey, they make you feel quiet. I am very grateful to our host for their sincerity. The photos show exactly what the place is like. We will definitely be back!
