Our family arrived safely to John’s beautiful beach casa. Feeling so grateful for the last minute arrangements that were made for us. John is very quick to communicate and attended to all of our needs. During our stay, we enjoyed the sea and beach views, the sunrises and all the native birds and animals that would visit. Just steps from the casa we could swim for hours in the sea with the soft sand and warm sea temperatures. Along with surfing lessons at Casa Mar which is just a short walk along the beach. We made friends with our neighbors and the Caelo resort staff next door that hosted an amazing New Year’s Eve bar, DJ and fireworks. We highly recommend this gem of a location and would love to return again.

This is an awesome place that’ll exceed your expectations! Private access to the beach, comfortable living space and everything that’s need to pass a very enjoyable time at the beach.

The stay was very pleasant for me and my friends, the house looks much better than what you see in the photos and has an amazing view. There was plenty of privacy and John was always attentive to everything.

We absolutely love this special place! I have rented here previously, and enjoyed it so much, we keep returning. This is the perfect spot to create new memories with your family. This past visit happened to coincide with a supermoon and we watched the moon rise and dance over the ocean, right in front of the house. It was a magical experience! John is always a very attentive, amazing host.

This was our second visit to Casa Santorini, and it was just as magical as the first. Waking up to breakfast with an ocean view, watching the sun rise from the east, is simply breathtaking. The location is unbeatable, with some of Panama's top surf spots just minutes from the doorstep truly a dream for any surf enthusiast. The sunsets are equally stunning, adding to the overall tranquility. The house feels like a home away from home, offering the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Just over an hour's drive from the city, Casa Santorini is a haven for peace of mind and healing. We can't wait to return! Jay

John is a great host, attentive and friendly! We were very comfortable with the windows open during the day, using the ACs in the bedrooms at night. Kitchen was stocked with all the necessities and we were pleasantly surprised with the great tasting well water. Big fan of the open kitchen floor plan with the bar overlooking the ocean…in addition to the Webber on site (love grilling!). Favorite hang spot was the bohío with hammocks, providing shade and stunning views of the coastline. Having beach access so close and the privacy that Casa Santorini provides is unrivaled. We even saw whales splashing about from a distance, truly magical. Great place to relax or get active, highly recommend!

Excellent place, it's just as described, very complete and comfortable to share as a family. It has a spectacular view that is everything. The only thing is that they should say that access to the beach is not for people with limited mobility, the disabled and/or seniors.

Accommodation with a high standard of privacy, comfort, I felt at home. I recommend it, it's worth visiting, you'll love the view of the place.

John, I thought it was excellent, at all times it was in communication and I give us support, the accommodation is exactly as described, e.g. spectacular, the view, the house , the beach, back a thousand times more, and I recommend it, it is a place that they do not imagine the peace they provide, the only one or the sea at all times, go straight down to the beach. I really hope you're going. I don't give it 5 stars, I give it 10. Thanks John, we'll be back again.

Casa Santorini is a very nice property with an excellent view and a prime location. Just walk down the stairs and one is on the beach. The property is well-kept and equipped. Also, John was always attentive to our questions. I recommend it.

We loved this house, it has everything for a basic need, terrace with an incredible view, John responded quickly , he has private access to the beach.

The Mykonos of Panama! An amazing place to spend time with family and friends with direct access to the beach. A dreamy view with all the amenities in the home. Excellent attention from John available every step of the way. I will definitely be back again again.

It was a great stay at Mykonos house. The view is spectacular and the house has everything you need to spend a few days disconnecting from the chaos of the city and connecting with the sea. Access to the beach makes the latter a breeze. John was a very good, and was quick to answer our questions. The house was super clean and equipped. There were people at the house next door but it still felt like privacy. I really liked Rio Mar and Casa Mykonos, I'm sure I'll come back!

This was such a cozy/beautiful house. I loved the hammocks in the Bohío where you have an amazing Ocean view…The shower outside when coming up from the Beach is another plus…The ambiance in the house was very nice and cozy…There was good WiFi and brand new A/C’s…John was also an excellent host.

Wow!!!! Location-Location-Location. This is a beautiful house in a perfect location with direct access to a gorgeous beach. My family and I found the Santorini themed house to be a great choice for anyone with kids as there is ample room on the property as well as a 30 second walk to the beach for the kids and family to enjoy. The house has a lovely open spaced living, dining and kitchen and both bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with shower for privacy, if more than one family were to stay. The view from the large covered entertaining terrace is remarkable with 180 degree ocean views. A huge plus for my family and I was the personal, prompt and supportive communication from John. We had some trouble figuring out the television settings and connection. John was at our service and personally explained how to set up our Netflix on the new TV. He was attentive and we felt very looked after. The sounds of the waves crashing on the shore a few meters from our bedroom were a delight to feel so close to nature and only 1.5 hours drive from Panama City. Strongly recommend this place - Santorini and the house next door - Mykonos, as I believe both can be rented and would provide a getaway for the surfing junky, the family with kids (that have plenty of energy), or a weekend hangout with friends and other families. Thank you John! We will definitely return.

This is such a great spot! I came with a group of friends for a weekend of surfing. It is located right on the beach, a 20 minute walk from an amazing point break! You just need to walk 2 minutes down the hillside steps, and you're on a beautiful black sand beach. This house was a perfect and peaceful space for sharing and enjoying ocean views. The house has a nice large kitchen that opens up into the living room, a great lounging space that leads to a balcony, situated on a cliffside, overlooking the ocean. The whole house is painted white and blue as part of the Greek theme, which only enhances the blue of the sea. You can fall asleep listening to the waves! We also noticed that there was another house next door. I could see myself coming back and renting both houses with a large group of friends over a long holiday weekend. What a gem!
