This place and the hosts are great! Pacific point is a new condo that's really nice. Perfect location. Yuri's place was extremely clean. Definitely a place you know you can just relax on vacation and not have to worry about anything. Yuri was also super fast to respond on anything I needed and was very helpful. I can't recommend this place enough

Let me start by saying this is a 5 star plus property. I have stayed in many vacation rentals and this is definitely in the top 5%. First of all is location - being lliterally on the beach ( 10 steps from it) and central to everything in Jaco. Second is the building and amenties with 24 security, nice pool, work out room, and coffee shop among other things. Third is the unit itself with multiplle 9th floor balcony ocean views, five plus star finish out, plush bedding and towels, beach chairs, and other thoughtful touches. I only had the oppotunity for a short stay but will plan a longer stay on my next visit to the area.

Really helpful and was able to give us the support we needed

It was perfection. Yuri, our hostess made the stay at her immaculate, well stocked beautiful view two bedroom condo with private balconies a memory we will hold very dear. Everything was there from coffee to plastic bags. Plenty of detergent, she had a bottle for sensitive skin The quality of the bedding, draperies, shades, furniture, towels, decor as well as the pots and pans were top end and well chosen. Everything was easy and clear. Our private parking spot close to the entry in the garage was great and our rental car was safe. The electronic lock made entrance so easy. No need to worry about a key. Her advice before arriving and her recommendations were the best. Yuri, your piece of paradise made our nine days of luxury superb. The sunsets on the rooftop were fun as we met others enjoying the beauty. Thank you Yuri and Pacific Point. Wonderful. Highly recommend.

Our stay was more than perfect! Yuri is a great host and everything was up to our expectations and more. The complex staff are friendly and kind. It's a quiet and well-isolated place. The view is great!!!

Incredibly place to stay in Jaco right on the beach.

If I could give this more than 5 stars I would. We stayed here for one month and we love it so much! The sunsets are unbelievable, the beach is literally steps away. Everything is walkable so no need to rent a car for your full stay. But if you do have a car, there is garage parking available. Security is tight - but Yuri made it very easy for invited guests to have access when needed. She was so responsive and helpful ALWAYS! The home is set up perfectly with everything you need. Yuri even let me borrow her crock pot! The unit stayed nice and cool. Plumbing worked perfectly. The balcony has a great view of the ocean and was a perfect spot for peaceful coffee drinking mornings. This is a must stay! We loved Costa Rica so much that we are staying until the end of the year. The vibe here is unexplainable! We are so happy we were able to stay here too.

Wow!!! A perfect stay ! Beyond Expectations! I had an absolutely amazing time at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, Yuri was there to help for a smooth check in process. Everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as pictured (if not better). That view in photos is a must see in person because WOW!! The host Yuri went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome—super responsive, friendly, and thoughtful with all the little touches that made a big difference. The location was ideal—quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a dream. Every detail, from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy living area, and laundry room set up showed real care and quality. I honestly didn’t want to leave and would return in a heartbeat.
