Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our trip. Our host was incredibly kind, responsive throughout our stay when we needed it. They were especially helpful when we had trouble finding the house and made sure we got settled in safely. We really appreciated how welcoming and understanding they were, and we would absolutely stay here again.

This isn't a great place. The facilities are very deteriorated and the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The most concerning thing was finding mice inside the property, which poses a risk due to the diseases they can transmit. The place does not feel safe or hygienic to stay. I believe that the condition of the accommodation does not match what is expected when booking. I hope you resolve these issues before hosting more guests.

The guest violated the house rules by leaving the doors open, having a party, and leaving food out in the open. The property is open, in a rural area, so it is essential to keep the doors closed to prevent animals from entering. Their lack of care made it easier for animals to enter and resulted in additional cleaning and pest control costs. Our guests have always followed the established rules to maintain their safety

I would have given Humberto's house a 5 star rating, but the mosquitos were killing us all night and we had to leave the next morning because of it. I communicated with Humberto about the gaps by the door and I'm sure he'll get on it. The living area outside would be a great idea to add mosquito netting around it and just a lilttle more TLC in the rooms. Being by the beach was phenomenal, I wish I knew how to surf. Since we left, Humberto honored the refund of the remainder. He understood our situation and that speaks highly of him. I would love to come back and enjoy the beach, but these issues need attention but its nothing impossible to handle. The house is in a perfect location.

The Airbnb was as perfect as you can get! Fantastic atmosphere and very helpful host and staff! It could very well be the best beach front location in all of peñitas! We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this location to any who may be in the area. It’s very peaceful, safe, and has great beach to play and swim. Patio is the star of the place, amazing space to hang out with a group of people. All amenities are working perfectly. Walking distance from multiple restaurants. Public bus passes in front of property regularly for your convenience! Close enough to Leon to go visit the city during the day and be back on time to watch the sunset on the beach! It is the perfect beach getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay, Host and House Keeper Karina were very lovely and answered any questions . Waking up to sound of the waves was amazing. Will definitely recommend to anyone. Will advise to take mosquitoes repellent for the night time. Besides that everything else was lovely 😊

I cannot recommend this guest due to significant communication issues and dishonest claims. Shortly after arrival, they claimed the property lacked amenities that were never listed (such as a pool). The guest then made false accusations regarding my staff in an attempt to force a cancellation. When we agreed to a refund to resolve the situation, they refused to vacate the premises for an extended period. This was a very difficult experience.
