From the very first moment, the host's service was prompt and very friendly; he was willing to help us at all times. The place is very nice, and the ocean view is excellent! The pool was well maintained, clean, and had a pleasant temperature. The facilities were clean and comfortable. The staff were always very attentive and friendly. I highly recommend them. Thank you for everything!

It's a very nice house!! Everything is super clean! The kitchen is superbly stocked! The team that welcomes you and helps you at the house is very attentive!! The pool, the rooms, and everything is just like the pictures!! The food is delicious, and the service is excellent! They help you with everything you ask.

The view of the house and the service of the staff is very good! Edson, the staff and the chef were very good and everything was delicious! In general, the house needs to be remodeled. When we arrived we found 3 dirty bedrooms. The bedroom that is the TV room had dust and stains on the armchair, just as the two bedrooms downstairs had dust. The Wi-Fi did not reach the main room and you could not watch TV either. When we arrived, the pool bathroom was dirty. We mentioned all this to Enrique (host) but all he did was apologize and respond in a way that we did not like. In the end we preferred to tell Edson (the caretaker) everything, he had a very good attitude and helped us solve what he could. Due to the disagreements, they gave us the pool heating for free. Everything was fine after fixing the problems! What we didn't like was the communication we had with Enrique.

A very pleasant stay with a large group, the staff were excellent and very attentive, a beautiful view, we could go for walks and the neighborhood is very nice, we are very grateful to the staff who took great care of us, I would definitely rent the house again.

For the price you pay, it's fine, the staff is very attentive, from the cook to the cleaning ladies 10/10. I feel that the house needs remodeling, especially in the kitchen, which affects the image of the house, and makes it look old. There are too many mosquitoes. If you could install mosquito nets in the rooms, believe me, the guests would appreciate it very much. And finally, a complaint; Throughout my stay I did not have wifi, and it was until I left, that they came to fix it, only that detail left me with a bad taste in my mouth, since the truth is that wifi today is essential for any activity. Conclusion: 10/10, but I recommend bringing mosquito repellent spray.

The common areas are just like the photos, they are very well defined and the attention of the staff is INCREDIBLE, they really made the trip for us. Regarding the HOST's service, at first it was incredible, but there were 3 issues in the house (When we arrived at the downstairs rooms, in one room we found a cockroach and in another room the bathroom installation was not as in the photos mentioned in the listing. The toilet was very neglected and old), + 1 upstairs room had no mosquito net and they had to fix it, they didn't like us complaining. Then I contacted him by phone and he started yelling at me. I had to pass the phone to someone else who was with us on the trip because I felt so uncomfortable. The common areas, as I mentioned, are incredible, the service of the staff is the best, but I was left with a bad taste in my mouth because of the way the Host behaved towards me and the issues of the house that are neglected in the downstairs rooms.
