This property is in a great location! Away from the busy town but still in walking distance to restaurants and beaches. Silvia was very responsive with all questions and requests. There is construction going on next door but it was not disruptive. I highly recommend this place!!!

Silvia's house is very nice and was very well equipped, it had everything we needed. It's about 500 meters from Chiquita beach, so you can walk to the beach. We definitely recommend the place.

The best place I've stayed in Costa Rica. Located at the end of a street, parking at the door, super quiet area, beautiful house, tastefully decorated and very close to the beach. There are three houses that share a common space where the pool is, a patio with a barbecue and a non-automatic washing machine (I am still surprised that these types of washing machines still exist, but it must be common in Costa Rica because I found them in other houses and even in the laundry room). The neighbors who were in the house next door played the music quite loudly, but you couldn't hear it inside our house, so I guess it must have very good insulation (which is also rare in Costa Rica, where they build houses with minimal walls and no insulation chamber). In short, I would definitely come back.

We loved the accommodation, extremely clean and cozy; with all the comforts to feel at home. Communication with the host was very efficient.

It's a lovely place. Fully equipped. Super cute decor. The location is perfect, with lots of vegetation around. Super clean, tidy. We loved the place. The host is excellent, super attentive. I recommend it 100%. The place is really cool

Silvia's villa is so peaceful and relaxing. It had all of the amenities that I needed. The area is walkable to restaurants and beaches. I'm definitely coming back and staying at Silvia's again.
