Victoria was wonderful to work with—responsive, proactive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. When we arrived, we learned that the home we originally booked had gone pending for sale. However, the team had already arranged an alternative property for us, and while the change was unexpected, the transition was completely seamless. We may have even received an upgrade Shane from Diamante greeted us upon arrival and clearly explained the situation. The refrigerator was stocked, and everything was perfectly prepared for our stay. Diamante itself was exceptional. The property offers every amenity you could need (most guests would never have to leave). The grounds are expansive, the golf was outstanding, the food was excellent, and the home was beautiful. We hope to return soon. Thank you again, Victoria, for a great experience.

The villa was beautiful and a perfect way to enjoy the Cabo sun. It was everything we had hoped for in our family vacation. From swimming in the crystal clear pool to the evenings by the fire pits, the villa provided it all. Our hosts were responsive and helpful for all our needs. We are already planing our trip back.

Great stay at Diamante - we wanted to play golf (have to stay to get on) and have nice accommodations and this is a perfect house for it. Very helpful that they had a golf cart to get around because it’s a very large resort between going to Dunes, Cardonal or the lagoon. House was as good as the pictures. Great recs from our hosts for catered meals. Par 3 in the backyard is a nice perk

Too much to say, too little characters to describe. The main reason for booking the house is that the photos showed 4 bunk beds. We had four kids under 7 and this was the perfect layout. Upon arrival, we were not told of the change in homes and there was no bedroom with bunks. We waited two hours to see if they could change us. We told the kids not to go into the pool and not to unpack. We finally gave up and told them we were going to dinner and forget the change. They then said they found a house with bunk beds and they would swap the food and luggage. At that point, we said we were tired from traveling and wanted to be settled. After three days of waiting to talk to the owner of Jalapeno, he sent a text with Mexico and Airbnb law/guidelines stating that they did what they needed to do. I disagree. They should have had the house we contracted for (or one with the bed layout we wanted.....they knew we had kids) available. In addition it took day to get things fixed in the

We celebrated post Christmas with our family. There was 13 of us. The home was big enough for everyone to have their own space but at the same time come together as a family for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I would highly recommend renting golf carts. The beach is walkable to those who like to walk. (1.5 miles). We will definitely be back!

House was great and hosts made this stay fantastic. They were quick to respond, got us help above and beyond with any questions we had and made sure we had a great time. House was in a great location, had everything we needed and gave us access to some great golf. Would highly recommend.
