Nicholas was a wonderful host, and the casita was fabulous. We stayed at the JW Marriott previously, but we enjoyed this stay so much more. Everything went so smoothly and the goodbye gift we received was the icing on the cake. Can’t wait to stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay! Nicholas was a great host, and his dog is just the cutest, and so friendly. The unit is very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with needed dishes, pots, etc for cooking. The bathroom has a beautiful outdoor shower (there is also a regular indoor shower for those who prefer). The Hacienda Pinella community has a lot of outdoor activities available - beach access, hiking and bike trails, golf. Great for wildlife - birds, monkeys, deer, reptiles.

Incredible place, surrounded by nature and peace, beautiful home to relax and enjoy. Great host and person. So happy to be there!

We had a great stay at Nicolas’s guest house while celebrating our daughter’s 15th birthday. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We spent most mornings at the beach and really enjoyed coming back in the afternoons to relax in the pool — it was a great way to end the day. Nicholas was a wonderful host and even surprised us with French pastries for our daughter’s birthday, which was a very thoughtful touch. We also enjoyed the privacy, beach access, and their friendly dog. We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return.

Great place for a couple! Great host too

We had a really good time at Nicolas house. It is so modern and very well equipped with everything to make your stay perfect. We loved the outdoor shower and if you love swimming you won’t find a better pool than that right outside your door. Everything was spotlessly clean and our hosts were always there to help in anyway, perfect!🙏

Nicolas’s place in Pinilla was fantastic. The house is beautiful, the pool is amazing, and the air conditioning and blackout shades made it super comfortable to relax and sleep. We especially loved the outdoor shower after beach days. Nicolas was incredibly kind and responsive, and even let us borrow bikes, which was such a thoughtful touch. His adorable dog also comes by to say hello in the mornings, which was the sweetest surprise. There’s a gorgeous beach and beach club nearby for food and surfing. I would recommend having a car to get around more easily. We loved our stay and would absolutely recommend it!

The place is great, apartment in excellent condition, clean, a quiet neighborhood, full of peace and quiet, at night you can see the stars with great clarity. And the spectacular beaches. Great hosts.

The house is really spectacular. Everything is taken care of down to the details, the decoration is beautiful and the pool… impressive! My kids and I were happy all weekend. A stone's throw from Langosta, Mansita and the golf course, the best location in Pinilla. The place is very quiet, perfect to disconnect as a family or couple. The hosts and their family were charming and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Super luxurious, with a lot of charm. I wish all the stays were like that. We will definitely be back here!

Nicolas and his family were wondering hosts and made me feel right at home. I made this trip as a solo traveler and I felt extremely safe and welcome my whole stay which meant a lot to me. I had a rough day of traveling the day I checked in and they were so kind and made me dinner and brought it to me because I hadn’t ate! They always made sure I had everything I needed and gave me recommendations on where to go. The location is very quiet but also close to multiple beaches and restaurants. The beach club was one of my favorite nearby places to visit and it’s only $5 per day if you have Nicolas check in at the front with you! The outdoor shower and pool at the house were my two favorite things about the stay but I loved everything. I highly recommend staying here. Nicolas is great about answering any questions you have. I hope to be back soon!

Delightful small home equipped with a nice kitchen, shower, and very nice 23 meter long pool. The property is peaceful with beautiful landscaping. Owners are very attentive and they have a friendly Australian Sheperd named Thiessy? who will put a smile on your face every time she sees you. Property is within walking or bike distance to the Marriott Resort with amenities that include a fine restaurant, outdoor bar, and public beach. Just a bit further down the road, for a $5.00 entrance fee, Hacienda Pinilla guests can also enjoy the Beach Club, a facility with a restaurant, bar, beautiful scenic beach and pool.

Nicolas was an excellent host. Greeted us upon arrival and was available for any of our needs. His home is beautiful, well kept and very secured.

We had a very special weekend!! It was our wedding anniversary and Nicolás and his family were very kind, they had a very special detail for our celebration!! The place is a beauty, the casita was comfortable and with everything we needed. The place is close to Playa Mansita.
