Excellent location and very close to everything.

The place is very nice; there is a lot of noise outside, but that is not an issue that the host can resolve.

Centrally located, close to restaurants, bus stops, and supermarkets. House with all the amenities, comfortable beds, and the host was always helpful. Highly recommended.

Very helpful hosts, nice place, quiet, and in a good location. It does not have secure parking, but it is safe. I would stay here again.

Apt very well located in relation to buses and the Marina, very easy to find, with a restaurant just downstairs, a bakery and a supermarket right next door, very clean and very well equipped. Very responsive hosts. Too bad it's noisy.

From the moment we booked, Maria Angelica was in contact. She gave us such great advice and recommendations. Responded almost immediately whenever we had a question. The apartment is on a busy street in Quepos with a restaurant below, a grocery store across the road, a bakery on the corner, the bus station 2 blocks away and the ocean with gorgeous sunsets just a pleasant evening walk away. If I had to give a suggestion, it would be to put a small table for 2 in the kitchen, maybe take out the couch, but it really wasn’t a big deal. We were there for a month and it was nearly perfect. Towels and linens were changed, cleaning was done weekly and air conditioning worked great. We had everything we needed to make our visit pleasant, comfortable and unforgettable.We are honored to have been hosted by Maria Angelica and her family. We highly recommend this property.

My family of four had a great stay at this apartment. The place was clean. The apartment is located in the heart of Quepos and is very convenient. We did not have a car and walked to everywhere - the boardwalk, Parque Nahomi, restaurants, and more are all within 5-15 minutes walk. We liked that the supermarket was just across the street. The restaurant under the apartment was very tasty; it has a variety of dishes for meat-eaters and vegan (like me). Our communication with the hosts was excellent; they always responded promptly and were very helpful. Our only complaint was the noise outside. It is noisy with the traffic (especially motorcycles are loud!), and sometimes we heard people talking well into the night (we heard people talking loudly at 3a.m.!), but we still slept well for the most part. If you want to experience how the locals live as well as enjoy the natural beauty of the area (the Manuel Antonio National Park, ocean, mangrove, etc.), this is a great place to stay.
