I loved our stay here. The setting is pretty unreal and so relaxing. Tons of wildlife passes through the property on a daily basis. We had two families stay here (7pp) and the layout worked well for us. I was concerned about not having AC but it wasn't an issue as the in-room fans were strong. It took a little getting used to stiff mattresses, but after a few nights was ok. It is a short walk to a beautiful beach and it was nice to come back to the small pool. We hired a chef that house recommended for one meal and he was great. We cooked most meals and found the kitchen easy to use, but we also went out a few nights at a nearby lodges (reservations are often required). As others recommended, you need to load up on supplies in Puerto Jimenez. We went back mid week to get some more stuff and it takes 30 mins to market. They have an extra deep freezer so we loaded it with ice which was great for drinks and smoothies all week. We hope to return someday.

We could not have had a more relaxing and enjoyable stay. The home is positively incredible, the location is perfect and the wildlife was abundant each day. The breeze from the water, as well as the noise of the waves on the rocks was so soothing. This is our third stay in the area and by far our favorite house! Isaac is a wonderful caretaker of the home, lovely and gentle spirited. He answered all of our questions. it was very hard to leave this gorgeous place. We could not be more grateful.

Ximena’s property was great for our family of 4. Incredible views and property close to surf. Kitchen had everything needed. House was cleaned every day and Isaac( the caretaker) and Ximena were very kind , responsive & honest. Thank you! Gracias & Pura Vida!

The road to access the premises is terrible; it requires a 4x4. Very beautiful environment, with lots of animal life and birds.

Such a gorgeous house with an incredible view. You can’t beat the location and our host was very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Serene and beautiful getaway with beautiful ocean views and refreshing plunge pool. Plentiful and diverse wildlife on the grounds - scarlet macaws, capuchins, Geoffroy's spider monkeys, agoutis, caracaras and numerous hawks. Phenomenal stay if you want to explore OSA peninsula off of the grid.

We love to visit this home each year. Perfect!!
