Excellent, very friendly, everything was perfect

Beautiful spot, well located, close to the port and walking distance to the town. Safe area. The security guards were slightly OTT despite having our credentials. Esperanza was great and very responsive. The pool area was a real treat! We had a great stay.

We thought the communication prior to arriving was excellent. It made transitioning into the place an easy process. Then we were welcomed by the property manager and was shown around to make settling in easy. The partially stocked fridge and fruit to start off was a fabulous and unexpected welcome. The only thing that was missing, but we didn’t really miss, was being able to use the bikes and accessing the information (suggestions and check out procedures) while there. It was not easy to access but Yael, Marco and Esperanza and Kengy were always there to help with the challenges. Any issues we had were so minor and addressed that it did not negatively impact our stay. Oh and being right there near the pool and Cenote was so fun! We loved it and would recommend and stay there again if we were to go back to Playa Del Carmen.

Excelent service

We had such a wonderful stay here and would absolutely come back. The condo was spacious, clean, and exactly as described in the listing (the pictures honestly don’t even do it justice!). The location in Playacar felt peaceful and safe and was close enough to easily walk or bike to the beach and 5th Avenue. The private pool and cenote, nestled among the tropical greenery with monkeys, iguanas, and agoutis, were definitely the highlight of the stay. Such a unique and beautiful atmosphere to swim and relax in. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Playa del Carmen!

The Airbnb was in a great location very secure and walkable to all the places. Esperanza was super helpful and responsive for any of our needs and recommendations loved the place would definitely stay here again

Comfortable, well-located gem in Playacar Fantastic stay. The beds were genuinely comfortable, the pool is steps from the unit, and — the real surprise — there’s a cenote just on the other side of it. Stunning. The on-site property manager (Esperanza) was excellent: responsive and efficient, sorting every request without fuss (sharper knives, tea towels — nothing too small). That kind of attentiveness makes a real difference. Location is a big win: walking distance to the beach, and close enough to Playa del Carmen’s restaurants and nightlife to enjoy it all, but tucked inside the gated community of Playacar so it feels calm and secure. Would happily stay again.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

This was a magical experience. Our family couldn’t have loved our stay more. The condo is situated in a hammock setting with trees and wildlife surrounding it and looking out over a beautiful pool and cenote just beyond. It’s spacious, quiet and modern. We slept incredibly well and the other guests in the complex (very few) were friendly, as was the complex staff. For exploring Playa, the location is ideal. Just inside the main gate of Playacar, so you have very easy access. Also the loop around Playacar’s main road is ideal for anyone who likes running/walking etc. Note: beach access is 3 min walk away but the better, full Playacar beach is around 10 min walk. Easy walk but worth noting. Can’t recommend the place enough.

The condo was comfortable and spacious for my family of six. We especially enjoyed the location’s easy access to the beach and commercial areas.

Great location with direct access to the beach. The cenote is amazing, and it’s an easy walk to Playacar—or you can use the bicycles provided by the host. The house has everything you need, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Esperanza was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Overall, a wonderful experience. We’ll definitely be coming back!

A very nice place (decoration and comfort), quiet (a natural environment with private access), very close to everything (beach, shopping malls, meeting points for tours), with complimentary amenities of the house (beers, water and fruit). I recommend it if you are looking for tranquility and at the same time proximity to the city.

Wonderful experience, the pool was amazing, the Cenote was equally as beautiful, the place was private, close to the Playacar gate for easy in and out access on foot or in a vehicle. There was 6 people in our group and we never felt like we were in each other’s space with how big the place is. Would definitely book again!

So so amazing, I will definitely be back when visiting Playa. Super close to the beach/ 5th ave, the walk to the beach was super easy & the cenote was one of a kind! Couldn't ask for a better stay besides staying longer.

My group of 5 loved our stay! Very convenient location and the private cenote was such a gem. I would 100% stay there again.
